House Sitting In Near West Side Chicago

Bella took great care of our dogs and house! She was very communicative and thoughtful. Would love to have her watch out pets again

If I could give Chloe more than five stars, I would. I have two dogs, and neither of them are exactly "easy mode." My older dog, Stewie, is a senior who is beginning to lose his vision. He wasn't properly socialized when he was younger, and although he has made tremendous progress over the past few years, he's still very nervous around strangers and can become reactive when stressed. My younger dog is an absolute sweetheart, but she's a recent rescue who gets overly excited and reactive around other dogs because she desperately wants to play with everyone she sees. To make matters even more stressful, I was leaving for a week-long work trip when everything fell apart. I originally had another sitter booked who had already met my dogs beforehand. However, once I left, Stewie became extremely stressed and started acting nippy. The sitter contacted me and told me she could no longer watch him. While scrambling to figure things out through Rover, I found another sitter, but after meeting Stewie, she declined as well. At that point, I was panicked. I was out of town, facing the possibility of having no one to care for my dogs, and feeling completely overwhelmed. Then Chloe stepped in. She came to meet my little crazy old man, handled the situation with patience and confidence, and never made me feel like my dogs were too much. She cared for both dogs all week, kept me updated, and gave me incredible peace of mind during what could have been a complete disaster of a trip. Not only did she take amazing care of my dogs, but she went above and beyond in ways I never expected. She picked up paper towels when I ran out, swept my apartment, and was simply kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire experience. Chloe showed so much patience, flexibility, and compassion during a genuinely chaotic situation. It's clear she truly cares about the animals she watches and understands that every pet has their own quirks and challenges. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely wonderful with animals, book Chloe. I will absolutely be booking with her again in the future.

Carson did great sitting our 2 very rambunctious and leash-reactive big dogs. Rhubarb and Finch were super well cared for and the apartment is clean!

Emily is AMAZING! She is incredibly knowledgeable about canine behavior, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. We are so grateful for the high-level care she provided our 2 dogs while we were on an international trip. She truly went above and beyond caring for our senior Chihuahua (who suddenly got picky about her food) and our recently adopted Chiweenie (who can be a bit shy and anxious). We cannot recommend her enough!

Pashan was patient and accommodating with my dog Bear. He is comfortable with her in his space even though he us not always friendly with strangers. My flight got delayed coming back and Pashan was flexible with her schedule, staying late with Bear. She was also communicative and sharing regular updates with me during the stay!

Gianni was absolutely amazing with my dog Mac! She gave a detailed update every time she walked him and let me know immediately if she was running late or something of note happened during her visit. I could tell Mac really enjoyed spending time with her. I would highly recommend Gianni!

Bella was excellent. Our dogs clearly loved her immediately. And she took great care of them and the house.

Xena loved her time with Andres. I was regularly updated with pictures and always felt like Xena was well cared for. I came home to a happy pup all thanks to Andres. Highly recommend.

Polina did an amazing job watching our two cats and dog! Lots of pictures and updates throughout the weekend which we appreciate. Awesome communication and left the house in great shape. We’d love to use her again!

Alexandra was great with manny and Lilly and kept in contact with me throughout the stay. Really appreciated her help.

Nicole, again, was superb with our dog named Sunny. She has sat for our dog six times in the past year and always gives our dog such loving care. She is someone that you definitely want caring for your pet. SHE IS THAT GOOD!!! I can't praise her highly enough!

Dam is amazing, she took such good care of our girls and even did all of the little silly rituals and routines we have for them. She sent tons of pictures and videos and we could tell they loved her 🥰

Connie was great! She kept me updated with pictures and texts and her and Lola had a great time! I hope to book with her again soon !

Morgan was amazing with our three sweet dogs. She took great care of them and communicated with us regularly with pictures! I would highly recommend.

We originally booked Allie for a 2 week house sit, and unfortunately Socks had a medical emergency while we were on a different continent. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. Allie became Socks’ advocate when we couldn’t be there ourselves. She drove her to multiple vets, spent hours and hours at appointments, volunteered without hesitation to make long drives, stayed with Socks throughout the entire process, and made sure she was never alone or scared. Over three incredibly stressful days, she kept us constantly updated, remained calm and level-headed, asked the right questions, and helped us make decisions from thousands of miles away. What impressed us most was not just the time and effort she put in, but how deeply she cared. She was firm and clear with the vets, thoughtful with us, and incredibly compassionate with Socks. At every step, we knew our dog was being cared for by someone who genuinely had her best interests at heart. Allie has set an exceptionally high bar for every future sitter and dog walker we use. I honestly can’t imagine many people responding to this situation the way she did. We trust her completely and will always be grateful for everything she did for our family.

Xena had a fun weekend with Kexin! Came back home to a happy dog. Picture updates stay consistent and even helped water my plant.

Bethany was great, and took great care of my dog! She stayed at our home during the stay, and we came back to a tidy home. She was friendly and kept us updated about our dog throughout our short trip. We’ve already booked another stay with her! :)

Thanks for the help with watching the babes! They were so happy to be able to be at home. Appreciate the continuous communication as well. Would highly recommend.

Emmalyn was great, she made us feel so comfortable traveling knowing our dogs were so well cared for! She sent so many good pictures and left our place nice and tidy for our return. She was good with the dogs and we could tell they didn’t feel stress in our absence.

Allison was great to work with and very attentive to our elderly dog, who has some anxiety and medication needs.
