Quynh is a very attentive and thorough sitter with a genuine care for animals. I asked her to drop by a couple times a day while I was out of the country and she sent me very detailed messages and photos so I could feel assured my cat Evie was receiving very good care. Evie is getting older, can be quite needy, and doesn’t like most people but she warmed up to Quynh quickly. I appreciate that she responded promptly to anything I asked when I was away and was able to adjust to Evie’s needs. I came home to a very happy cat and clean home. I highly recommend booking Quynh for any pet services.

I cannot recommend Quynh enough for pet sitting through Rover. She kept an open communication with pictures of my Chester throughout the stay with photos and messages which gave me a peace of mind while I was away. She mad sure my anxious, usually unsure, and overstimulated dog stayed comfortable with her visits and treated Chester as her own. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, compassionate and somebody willing to go the extra mile for your baby, Quynh is the right person for your pet. I would absolutely book her again. Quynh house sat my very anxious, needy, and sweet four year old pit-mix Ruthie for 8 nights and I can't recommend her enough! She updated me daily with pictures and let me know if anything was of issue or concern. She kept my home very clean and took care of my plants while I was gone as well. My house was left in the same condition it was in when I left which I especially appreciated! Ruthie takes daily anxiety medication and has issues peeing inside the house due to separation anxiety - Quynh was very understanding and thoughtful of her anxiety condition and had no issues cleaning up after Ruthie after an accident or administering her medication. I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in Quynh's hands and knew she was being left in good, loving care. I could tell from the pictures during Quynh's stay that Ruthie really loved spending time with her and I will definitely be using her services again in the future!

We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter than Quynh! From the meet-and-greet beforehand to the daily updates while we were away, Quynh provided exceptional care for our furry friend. My dog, Gigi, absolutely adored Quynh. Gigi was happy, relaxed, well-exercised when I returned, and it was clear she had been very well cared for. Quynh is a true animal lover and went above and beyond to make sure Gigi felt comfortable and safe. I felt completely at ease knowing Quynh was looking after Gigi. She is responsible, trustworthy, attentive, and I always received prompt updates on how Gigi was doing.

Quynh was incredibly reliable and communicative throughout my trip. I received daily updates with pictures and even a short video on some occasions. Seeing Luna and Scout playing and looking content put my mind at ease immensely. Quynh went above and beyond by refilling the water dispenser when it ran low, engaging in extra playtime with their favorite toy. It's clear she truly care about cats and understand their needs.
