Hi I'm Caitlin! I've been working with animals since childhood. I've regularly volunteered in animal shelters since the age of 10 and have owned 20 animals in my lifetime, including chickens. Last year, my Great Pyrenees, Porter, passed away after a battle with cancer. My world pretty much revolved around him and now I’m ready to give the love and time I poured into him to other animals. That being said, animals with medical or special needs are no problem for me. I’m comfortable administering medication and I’m happy to maintain a medication schedule. Shy or nervous pets are also no issue for me. Whether your dog is a high-energy pup, tame senior, counter surfer, or giant breed, I’d love to look after them. I pay close attention to your animals body language and will work hard over time to earn their trust. Finally, I thrive on the details. Tell me all about what your pet needs out of their walks or daily care and I’ll follow your instructions closely. I’m happy to help you keep up with their training needs or take them on a sensory walk.

Currently, I don’t offer boarding services, but I’m huge on making sure dogs get their exercise. Prior to my dog’s passing, we went on two 1-2 mile walks per day. If your dog needs a reprieve from the indoors, a long walk, or time to roam—I’m the walker for you. Wicker Park is a short walk from my place and the neighborhood offers several fenced in areas for pups to get their zoomies out.

Schedule
I work from home, so I'm available to walk dogs or drop in for a visit most weekdays anytime between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.!
