About: I love dogs. Been around them all of my life. I used to travel a lot and was grateful to have a few trusted dog sitters who took care of my little darling. Traveling was stressful, but I never worried about my little furry darling because I knew that she was having fun and that she was safe. Now that I work from home more often (and have taken care of my friends' dogs), I want to return the favor and open up my place to be of service for other doggie parents in need of a safe and fun environment for their doggies. No two are the same and that's what makes it an adventure each day! To witness the adorable and fascinating personalities of these beautiful beasts is a gift! And every walking pup gets a smile from me and you can bet your dollar I want to give each other their daily scratches, if I'm allowed of course! 😁 Both my girlfriend and I work from home and are able to step away to care for, and dedicate time to, whatever your little one may require - including getting their random, afternoon zoomies out! We also have access to two nearby vets in case of emergency! About: **I have a lil animal loving 4 year old. She’s very chill with both cats & dogs, but just a disclaimer in case it’s an issue.** My friends always joke that I’ll cross the street just to pet a dog. I love animals, especially dogs. My mother is a dog trainer (specializing in bully breeds) so I’ve always had a bunch of pups around to play with and I learned a lot watching her interact with dogs. My dad was a dog lover as well so we always had at least three dogs. I’ve been a part of quite a few births (the black lab in my photo is from one of the litters, he’s my baby and I’ve raised him since birth.) I went cross country for college and when I came back home it only took me a few interactions to teach him tricks like, “paw” “roll-over” and my favorite “hang-ten” which is basically just an advanced “paw.” I promise you that I will treat your dog as well as you do (he/she might like you more though) but I’ll give your dog(s) all the love and care a pup deserves. Maximum playtime or we can hit the snooze button but I’ll make sure that your dog never feels blue. I also love cats and have been lucky to have had them around for my whole life, with my last sweet girl passing away two years ago. My heart can’t take getting another cat yet but I love being able to scratch behind some ears and get some pets in with so many lovely cats through Rover. I used to care for cats in shelters (still periodically volunteer) and having the keep them in their cages made me super sad beca use they are just tiny big cats and they need space to roam. About: I cared for my beloved Shang, a wonderful stray dog (Collie, Shepherd, Golden Retriever mix) that adopted my family, when I was a teenager. He was the "dog love" of my life. Since then, I have adopted 8 lovely cats, as I have always lived in small condos or apartments. Six of the kitties have crossed the rainbow bridge. And I am as a big a dog lover as I am a cat lover!
