About: I’ve been walking and taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs since I was 12. Most recently, I shared care duties with my college roommate's dog for 4 years. I am currently living in Chicago saving up for vet school. I can’t have a pet in my apartment, but am missing spending time with them. I would love to take care of yours! As a former biology student, wildlife rehabilitation intern, and livestock assistant, I have practice in and am comforable administering medications to pets, wildlife, and farm animals. I’m currently working part-time a very flexible job, as i save up for veterinary school! I miss being surrounded by animals so i would love to fill my day hanging out with yours as much as i can. About: I’ve had dogs all my life and personally have 2 cats of my own, so I have experience with both! In college I worked at a local humane society to help animals get adopted and after college I volunteered once a week at the local humane society to walk dogs and play/socialize the cats. I love all animals and know how important it is to have a trusted pet sitter for your animals. I work full time from home so have plenty of time for quick day time visits and don’t have to commute so am available to help after work while people are still traveling home. I spend my weekends with friends or at home with my cats so have weekend availability for walks or home visits. I know how scary it can be to trust someone else to care for your pets and love them how you love them. Safety is super important so I am always cautious to make sure your dog is safe on walks and home visits and that your cat is getting play time while also safely inside.

I've cared for rescue dogs that are adjusting to a new home, puppies, senior pups, and everything in between. I've also cared for kittens and cats at all ages and with all different personalities. I believe your pet deserves the highest level of love and care, and I would be so happy to provide it! I work full time but remotely, so I can provide flexible care as your pet needs it! I work remotely and flexibly so I can provide time for walks, play, and care throughout the day, when it best fits the needs of your pet! I have a sweet lab mix at home that loves to play and make friends. We currently do not crate but could accommodate for the needs on another furry friend.
