“Roman was Charise’s first ever Rover dog and we were really happy to have connected with her for our 5-day trip. Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”

“Chachi had a wonderful time at day care. He got along very well with everyone even though he was a late arrival to the pack today but he got along just fine and everyone loved him. He shared a bed with a sweet little dog who was missing a leg. Chachi likes the big yard to roam around; he's older so he does not play but he still likes the opportunity to go free in the fenced in yard. Ian can well accommodate little ones, big ones and handicapped ones all together for a nice time to be had by all. Ian offers food on time and often, sets out clean full water (I know other places that do not set out water the whole day) and he accommodates each individual dog's needs.”
“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ruben! We booked him to watch Tsuki for 3 days, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He accepted our request last minute and was incredibly understanding of my situation. From the beginning, he genuinely wanted to help, which meant so much to me. Ruben was so kind and even offered to show me his place beforehand and clearly explain how everything works while he dog sits. He communicated so well throughout Tsuki’s 3 day stay and consistently gave me updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. One moment that really stood out to me was on the 3rd day when I realized I had forgotten to pack Tsuki’s food. I was already feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and Ruben immediately offered to feed her rice and chicken. It may seem like a small thing, but it genuinely meant so much to me in that moment and really showed me how willing he was to help and make sure Tsuki was taken care of. You can genuinely tell that Ruben cares about the dogs he watches. The way he talks about them and the way he gives updates felt so genuine. You can tell that he really takes the time to get to know each dog, pays attention to their needs, and make sure they’re comfortable and happy. It was clear to me that his care for Tsuki wasn’t just because she was staying with him it’s genuinely how he treats the dogs he dog sits for. Ruben is such a great guy with a kind heart and a really good attitude. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support he gave Tsuki and for how reassuring he was throughout her 3 day stay. About: Having my own dog, I know first hand that dogs are precious family members who need a lot of love and care and, and each dog had different needs. I have had my own dog for 3 years and previously cared for many of my friends’ and relatives’ dogs. I have training experience having gone through classes with my own dog. I am excited to meet new dogs and make sure they are happy and healthy while in my care! I currently work from home and I can be flexible throughout the day Mon-Thurs , but evenings or early mornings work best for me. I can also be flexible on Fridays and weekends. I have a friendly dog who likes to play but also understands when other dogs need space. I can crate my dog or set up the baby gate to keep them separated if needed.
About: I do take up to 4 clients at a time, so I can only accept dogs that get along well with other dogs. I am doing Rover full time. Which means more time to spend on walks, playing and affection time ! I won't be distracted with any electronic device, when outdoors with your dog. I don't smoke, drink or party. I grew up caring for a couple amazing dogs. I've taken care of my brother's, neighbors and friends dogs. I love being outdoors and being active, so if your dog has alot of energy, he'll be sleeping like a baby by the end of the day. I currently don't have any pets of my own. I can take your dog on an hour long early morning walk/run near a park close to where I live, so we can also play ball, Frisbee or with a toy! Then I could take your dog to 1-3 additional walks throughout the day. I try to make the dog feel at home,by being calm and trying to understand his/her body language, quirks and personality. Giving them affection and playing with them, but also some alone time.
About: As experienced dog sitter, I’ve discovered that taking care of other people’s dogs has become a beloved hobby. I've raised two of my own dogs for over a decade, volunteered with the SPCA in Dallas, and have spent years walking and sitting dogs professionally. I’d love to be your pup’s second home while you’re away! Work full time from home, will give your fur baby all the attention and snuggles in between meetings. I live on the first floor in a gated community so it is easy to go outside for potty breaks and not too much foot traffic around. I have a large crate if you would like me to crate your dog at night or if I leave. Will obviously try to keep your baby's schedule as close to possible but Taco's is currently getting fed twice a day and we go for 3/4 potty outings/walks a day.

About: I have two cats, Oreo and Vevina, at home. They are 10 and 9 years old. Very calm and socialized. They get along well with every animal and human. I’m also a big dog lover, especially golden retriever!!!!! I work from home, so your babies will not be alone at home. If your pets have separation anxiety, it will not be a problem for me to stay with them 24/7 at home. My place is close to 606, so I can take your dog for a walk on 606 at anytime you requested. I keep an eye out for situations that may harm your animal and correct them by myself if possible. If I am unsure if I should proceed or how to proceed, I will contact you for further instructions. I will ensure that your home is protected and that you return to a home that is as clean as you left it with your pets happy and in good health. I keep foods and any cleaners that may harm your pets out of the way, and that if there are activities/ spaces that are off limits to your pets, I respect these requests. Unfortunately, I don't provide boarding options since I can't have more pets in my apartment, but am happy to come to your place for drop in visits or overnights.

Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”
“Christine did an absolutely amazing job watching our 5-month old puppy! She sent photos and updates throughout the day, had lots of supplies so we didn’t have to pack too much, and even sent him home with an adorable Polaroid and treat bag. 100% your pup is in the right hands with Christine!”
