Litterboxes were well-maintained and messes (one cat has a "gentle" stomach) were promptly cleaned. She sent informative updates everyday that made clear how much she "gets" cats. She was able to figure out the complex hierarchy among the cats by the first visit (the dominant cat is not the one you suspect!) and even noticed that our oldest cat might be having trouble with dry food. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and have even been able to work with our oldest on his food stress thanks to her observations. Thanks so much Eleanor!”
