Over ten years of experience caring for cats, both raising my fur babies as well as pet sitting for friends and acquaintances. I am familiar with senior cats, administering medication, long boarding stays, and rabbits. I also have some experience with rats! 🐈🐇🐀 I am a quick learner and flexible with different pet personalities. I'm happy to meet your pet where they are and will check in with their cues. I enjoy playing with active kitties, as well as admiring shyer cats from a distance. Let me know if there are any special accommodations in advance, no detail is too small. I am COVID-cautious and will be wearing a mask 😷 If it would make you more comfortable to see my face, we can supplement our meet and greet with a virtual meeting.

An unexpected emergency came up with one of my kitties during our booking and Autumn was a lifesaver. She took great care of my cat, bringing him to emergency medical care and stayed with him, updating me and my emergency contact the entire time.
Autumn takes wonderful photos of the cats having a great time! She leaves very animated notes that give us peace of mind while we’re missing our little rascals. We’ve hired her for a year and the cats adore her.

Schedule
My schedule is currently flexible. I am available both weekdays and on the weekends, in the morning before 11am or later in the day after 4pm.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and comfort come first. I promise to be transparent and communicative and send lots of photos. While unlikely, if anything seems wrong during my care, I will let you know ASAP. Drop-In Visits: Enrichment can look different for every pet. I'll check in and see what yours is feeling up to. I try to meet them where they are, even if it's on the floor. Beyond basic chores like feeding and scooping the litter box, I'm also happy to water plants, pick up mail, etc. Just let me know! Boarding: Your cat will have a dedicated room with a window, litter box, cat tree, food (depending on instructions), water, and plenty of hiding spots and toys. I encourage leaving an item with your scent to provide comfort. I have a cat (fully vaccinated) who has experience with other cats, but I'll consult with you in advance if we think it makes sense for them to interact. That arrangement is typically suitable for longer stays and depends on the cats as well. For non-cat pets, the environment will be tailored to their needs. For instance, for rabbits this might look like carpet/blankets on the ground for traction, a cardboard box, a tunnel, or their familiar toys from home. I'll also remove any potential hazards like cables or chewable items in advance.

Whatever your pet wants! I'm happy to play, cuddle, watch Cat TV, or simply vibe from a distance. If there are any spots or toys they like, feel free to let me know.
