About: What sets me aside from other sitters is the love i have for animals. Since i was a little girl I've always loved being around animals they were and still are very therapeutic to me. I've had big dogs from Pitbull's, Dobermann, American bullies, all the way down to tiny dogs; yorkies, shitzu etc. even different kinds of cats you name it. As I've gotten older I've gained sooo much experience to the point I've had at home births with my dogs and cats all by myself; even home training my own animals as well. So far all i have is personal experience with dealing with animals at home and at my job(My residents animals). I work doubles every Saturday and Sunday; whereas for school i do online Vet courses which is self pace. Which means i am free during the week Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm if communicated at least at least 30min-1hr in advanced i could stay later if needed. Although, I am a mother which means i can not do any services past 7pm nor any over night services. I also am located downtown Chicago but I am willing to travel!! One thing about me i will spoil your baby(s) haha; I am very hands on and affectionate with animals unless they require space lol. I have never been a crate animal person BUT i know every household is different and every animal requires different training. I live in a spacious, dog-friendly loft apartment right across the street from 16th & Prairie Dog Park, with Fred Anderson Dog Friendly Area and Prairie District Park just a short walk away. My home has plenty of open space and a calm, creative atmosphere where dogs can relax and feel comfortable. I take safety and routine seriously. Dogs are always supervised, and I make sure they’re securely leashed during walks and when entering or leaving the building. My own dog, Scoresby, is friendly and well-socialized, and he enjoys having other dogs join us for our daily walks, covering at least 2 miles a day through different parks and routes in the South Loop. Whether a pup is staying with me or I’m visiting them in their own home, I focus on creating a consistent, caring environment. I follow each dog’s routine closely (meals, walks, playtime, and rest) so they always feel secure and cared for, just as they would with their family.
About: I became the go to pet sitter for my friends in grad school. My work is flexible so I would spend a lot of time building that experience that I didn’t have growing up when it came to pets. It has been an incredible journey caring for and looking after pets and I am excited to continue to hone in on the skills and expertise that I have 💕 My work is hybrid so I have very open weekdays where work from home up until I have to commute to do in person work from 5-10pm. Weekends are completely free with me so I’ll spend it hanging out with friends, catching up on household chores, or just resting from the long week. I have a lot of time to care for pets as the work I do is more marketing, communicative, strategic work that is self paced and guided so I can always take breaks when need be. The area that I live in is incredibly pet friendly and there are a multitude of parks a places where a pet can run freely.

His place was perfect because it has no stairs for the senior doggie and Fred was willing to take the challenges if the big dog. Fred was attentive, answered calls and texts quickly, and sent us tons of pictures. He put our minds at ease on a daily basis, we have never left the dogs for so long or outside their own home.
