McKenna was absolutely amazing with Boba! From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease. She is clearly a natural with dogs, and it was obvious that Boba was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout his stay. As someone who gets understandably anxious leaving my dog with someone new, her communication meant the world to me. She sent regular updates, photos, and messages that gave me complete peace of mind and let me actually enjoy my time away knowing Boba was in great hands. She went above and beyond by taking Boba to the park, treating him to a pup cup, and making sure he had a fun, enriching stay. Boba can be selective about who he warms up to and who he likes to play with, but McKenna seemed to instinctively understand his personality and made him feel comfortable. It was clear she respected his temperament rather than trying to force interactions, which I really appreciated. I fully trusted McKenna with Boba, and that’s not something I say lightly. She cared for him like he was her own, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and genuinely wonderful dog sitter!
We had a great experience boarding with Katrina. She was so professional and easy to work with since our first interaction. She is incredibly knowledgeable about pups, she took such good care of Po and followed all instructions; she took extra care to make sure that Po felt as much at home as possible and was not anxious during his stay. She also provided detailed updates with pictures and videos. She is very responsive and reliable; I’m very thankful to have found her and we will definitely rebook!
