“Mercedes is an angel. I have of the two most spoiled and stubborn Doodles in the world. This was our first trip where they were away from family. I knew that adjusting to someone else would be difficult for them, but Mercedes was so reassuring that all would be well. She was so patient, kind, and loving with my babies. I was so sure that we would have to cut our trip short, but with the updates and open dialogue on how to approach their care, I was left feeling at ease. My babies fell in love with her and they don’t do that easily. She has a wonderful supportive family and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else.”

“This was our first time ever using Rover or even having our at a sitter, so this whole situation was very new to us. Diane reassured us every step of the way and was so helpful with the entire process from start to finish. She was new to Rover herself so we were both newbies in this together. I can't thank her enough For everything she did. Right from the beginning she gave us a complete walkthrough of her home and going through details about how our dogs would stay with her, she was willing ro do anything necessary to ensure our dogs were as comfortable as possible during their stay. Throughout our entire vacation she constantly kept reassuring us with updates and photos of our dogs which were the highlights of our days. I'm truly meant the world to us being able to see our babies not only well cared for but so happy with such a great home. Even when we went to pick up we had issues with our flight being severely delayed and once again Diane was amazing and reassured us not to worry about anyting and was willing to work with us every step of the way. I will definitely be going back to her in the future for our dogs since they didn't really even want to leave because they loved her home and dogs so much. “Tanqueray was phenomenal with my sweet but anxious older little guy. She took his unique needs into consideration as she thoughtfully planned his stay. He was comfortable and happy, which I knew because he doesn’t usually go up to sitters to say bye when I pick him up. But he did this with her. He made new doggy friends on his walks (which he’s also not always up to) and he and Sir, a sweet little guy, got along wonderfully. I’m grateful for Tanqueray and the loving care she took of my pup.”

“Truly cannot rave enough about how wonderful Ruben was for my 1 year old lab’s 1 week stay at his house. This was the longest I’ve ever left my pup and he was so kind and responsive sending photos and updates daily - absolutely went above and beyond in every sense (it was my dog’s birthday over the week Ruben watched him and he made it so special for him). He was flexible with pick up and drop off times, answered all of my questions; there’s no doubt my dog was sad to leave since he took such wonderful care of him! Cannot recommend Ruben enough and will absolutely be referring him to all friends and family.”

Absolutely wonderful experience. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed last-minute care for our dog during our anniversary trip, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. From the start she was responsive, kind, and clearly very experienced with dogs. Our dog was well cared for, happy, and comfortable the entire time. She also kept us updated, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. It’s obvious she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. We are so grateful she was able to help us on short notice and would absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!
Always a pleasure having Cary watch our babies. Communication is always quick and efficient. I needed to make a modification to drop off time this visit and Cary was easily accommodating. Drop off and pick up are always such a smooth transition where they meet us outside. We will continue to prefer Cary for all our dog sitting needs :)
Olivia kept my baby Leah for the weekend while I went out of town, and I was honestly nervous because anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my baby. But Olivia was amazing. She sent tons of pictures and updates the whole time, which really helped me relax. She even gave Leah extra treats and sent her home with some too. I ended up needing to extend my trip unexpectedly, and Olivia was super understanding and flexible about it. That meant a lot to me. Leah was clearly well taken care of and loved while she was there. Olivia will forever be my baby’s home whenever I’m away. I’m so grateful I found her!
This is my 7 year old, Shih Tzu’s 3rd time with Sarai & she loves it over there. She’s always ready & available with a positive, welcoming attitude to Jazz & helps her feel comfortable Sarai’s communication/updates can sometime be a little off, but she eventually gets back to me in 24 hours or less. Jazz always comes back happy & healthy.
Jaqueline was super accommodating when my partner and I needed a last minute sitter for our high energy dog. We were worried about her being around other dogs, but she and Casper had zero issues together. Jacqueline sent us photos throughout our 10 day trip and provided updates that really made us feel okay leaving her with someone, especially since she has anxiety issues. She calmed down after only a day or so and felt very comfortable with Jacqueline. We would definitely rebook with her if we need another sitter.
Coren was great with Piper. He asked lots of questions during the meet and greet to make sure he understood Piper's needs. When I picked up Piper from her stay, she seemed in great spirits. I feel like Coren treated Piper like his own. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
