About: I started pet sitting as a teenager for neighbors and family friends. Since then, I have watched all types of dogs, including senior dogs. I became a dog owner for the first time in my mid-twenties. He was an elderly beagle mix with health issues. After he passed, I grieved until I was ready to own a dog again. Then I had ten wonderful years with Shadow, a husky mix who was a stray that made his way to a rescue. He bravely fought lymphoma for 1.5 years before succumbing to the disease. Through that time, I provided medication, took him for chemotherapy, and spoiled him until he decided it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. Shadow's absence still leaves a void in my heart that is filled by caring for other people's dogs. I love all types of dogs, and have experience with small to large, young and old, as well as dogs living with various health issues. Giving dog owners the security and piece of mind knowing their furry family members are safe and sound while they are away is a responsibility that I take very seriously. My husband and I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood and our backyard is fully fenced. As a dog lover himself, anyone who books with me gets their pup double the love. My full time job is permanently remote, so I am able to be at home with your dog at all times. No matter their schedule, I can meet it because I can be here to fulfill their needs. I have a fenced in yard for safety, and a dog-friendly neighborhood where your dog will feel right at home. I know every dog has different needs, so I can follow the habits you have created with them to maintain consistency. Whether that is crate training or sleeping on the couch, I will follow your instructions. I know that dogs are family, and treat them as such.

“Tanqueray was phenomenal with my sweet but anxious older little guy. She took his unique needs into consideration as she thoughtfully planned his stay. He was comfortable and happy, which I knew because he doesn’t usually go up to sitters to say bye when I pick him up. But he did this with her. He made new doggy friends on his walks (which he’s also not always up to) and he and Sir, a sweet little guy, got along wonderfully. Barbara is fantastic. She has watched my 8-year old Shih Tzu for a weekend and then 10 days. Both times Barbara was responsive, easy to communicate with, kept me updated, and was understanding when my flight was cancelled! My dog loved staying with Barbara. She has a nice yard, takes them for walks, and even has a wide variety of toys for the dogs to play with. My dog also lost an eye and takes eye medication. Barbara had no trouble giving him the medication and also made sure his face was clean (not easy with Shih Tzus but important)! She is my go to dog sitter and a pleasure to work with!!
I recently had a 2½‑week vacation planned and was nervous about leaving my anxious dog, Teddy, for the first time. Angelina was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful from the very beginning. We arranged a couple of day visits and a few overnight stays ahead of my trip so Teddy could slowly adjust to her home and routine. Angelina was wonderfully attentive to Teddy’s needs, especially with feeding—he’s a picky eater, and she went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable and eating well. By the third visit, Teddy was running happily to her door, tail wagging, and that’s when I knew I had found the perfect person to care for him. While I was away, she sent daily updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Teddy had a blast playing with the other dogs, and I can tell he truly misses them! I highly recommend Angelina to anyone looking for a caring, patient, and reliable sitter. She made a stressful situation feel easy, and Teddy absolutely adored her. 💙🐶💙
Absolutely wonderful experience. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed last-minute care for our dog during our anniversary trip, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. From the start she was responsive, kind, and clearly very experienced with dogs. Our dog was well cared for, happy, and comfortable the entire time. She also kept us updated, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. It’s obvious she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Olivia kept my baby Leah for the weekend while I went out of town, and I was honestly nervous because anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my baby. But Olivia was amazing. She sent tons of pictures and updates the whole time, which really helped me relax. She even gave Leah extra treats and sent her home with some too. I ended up needing to extend my trip unexpectedly, and Olivia was super understanding and flexible about it. That meant a lot to me. Leah was clearly well taken care of and loved while she was there. Olivia will forever be my baby’s home whenever I’m away. I’m so grateful I found her!

Jaqueline was super accommodating when my partner and I needed a last minute sitter for our high energy dog. We were worried about her being around other dogs, but she and Casper had zero issues together. Jacqueline sent us photos throughout our 10 day trip and provided updates that really made us feel okay leaving her with someone, especially since she has anxiety issues. She calmed down after only a day or so and felt very comfortable with Jacqueline. We would definitely rebook with her if we need another sitter.
