About: My name is Kimberly and I'm an empathetic animal lover who enjoys a weekend of hanging out with animals more than humans. I grew up with a house full of pets (cats, dogs, ferrets, birds) and have over 11 years of experience as a dog walker and pet sitter for all kinds of critters and pets. I know how much you'll be missing your pet as they are your family, so I love to provide photos with anecdotes of our day. You'll never doubt how much love they'll be getting when they're in my hands. I have experience with large and small breeds, as well pets who need extra love and care. My gentle nature makes me perfect for anxious pets and my extreme attention to detail makes you feel confident that they are getting the best, most loving care. My 18 year old Toy Fox Terrier, is my world, so I understand how important it is to find the right sitter. My dog is a senior dog with social needs, so I have plenty of experience accommodating to your pets' needs. My quiet nature and patience is quickly detected by all furbabies. What's the best way your pet will feel comforted when you're gone - I'll go ahead and do just that! Your pet will be pampered! I work freelance, so my schedule is very flexible, and I can work around your schedule and needs to make sure your pet is getting the best care possible. At your home, you can rest assured that every instruction will followed closely and perfectly. I also have extreme respect for being inside others homes. I grew up helping my mom cleaning houses, and it's been ingrained in me to always respect the home and space you are in. I always provide a peace of mind with any pet parent gone, either leaving town for a few days or just a visit for one afternoon. Your pets will be treated with the best care, and I understand that everyone has their own unique way of caring for their pet. I want to respect your wishes and make your furbaby happy 😊
“Jessica helped us out with walking our two dogs when we were traveling for two weeks. Our dogs are both pretty anxious, and one of them can be particularly difficult to work with, but Jessica was great! She's very kind and gentle with the dogs, and is very reliable. An excellent experience.”

“Natalia walks both our dogs and she's great with them. They're so excited to see her and she's so courteous when coming to the house or bringing them home. We will continue to have her walk our very energetic pup and older gentlemen for weekly walks and have no reservations about fully recommending her.”

About: I am very caring and compassionate for animals and pets. I have a cat of my own named Bruni and he is my best friend. Attentive and reliable pet care is assured with me as your pet sitter! I work as a teacher so my morning and afternoons are busy up until 3:30pm. However, I am available after those hours. I do have days off due to breaks, for example, winter break, where I can be reliable all day during those times. I have a cat of my own that I attend to 24/7. Therefore, I am very familiar with pets’ needs. I will assure you great communication and punctuality.
“Tamara is amazing. Our dog Luna loves her walks with her. We know she is in good hands. I would recommend Tamara to anyone that has a dog and wants to know your baby is taking care of.”

“I am so happy to be able to rely on the fact that James is extremely punctual. He is here every morning at the designated time. He has been patient with my small dog, who has a preference for women and has had to grow accustomed to a male dog walker. James has given him space and encouragement.”

About: I’m sure all sitters say this but I genuinely have a seat for being with animals. Sometimes I prefer them over people and treat them like they’re my own. I love all of their personalities and quirks. Anywhere I go I ask to pet someone’s dog and respect what the dog’s body language is telling me. I have a Siberian husky so I have had to learn how to read body language and potential environmental stressors very well. I invest a generous amount of time into learning about dog breeds and am always opening to learning more! Currently, I am home for the holidays with plenty of time to care for your pets while you’re away! I have access to a car and am eager to work. Extensive experience with dogs, slightly less with cats but always open to caring! I love giving them constant stimulation and walks. Pets and treats are always given. I treat all dogs like they’re my own. I have an eye on them almost at all times.
About: Hi my name is Yesenia! A dog Mom to 1 spoiled 13 year old Frenchie. I have always loved taking care of and learning about animals small or big hooved or four legged paw friends. I have been sitting dogs since 10 when I was a child for neighbors and friends, and have owned from various breeds. Ive feed, bathed, and walked dogs and sometimes trimmed nails. I WFH full time with mutilple breaks through out the day. I go for walks early in the morning or late after work to reset and break away from my home office. I have a fenced in yard where I am able to let them loose and play under supervised care. We played fetch or can walk them to our dog park in the area. I work from home so am able to care and provide belly rubs during lunch , breaks and in between. As well as early morning/dinner walks. I have a fenced yard/ security system. Can also crate your dog if needed. However the dog will always be supervised. If not able to crate I can provide a different space in the house
About: Besides owning many pets including dogs, I have petsitted for friends and family as a way to earn extra income but also to have lots of fun! I have about 10 years of experience with pet sitting. I’ve cared for pitties, huskies, yorkies, and mixed breeds. I have 2 years of experience with dog walking & I have walked dogs of all sizes. I’m currently a college student working on my biology degree to become a veterinarian/zoologist. I own 3 pets in total. 2 maltipoos who are ages 1.5 & 2 as well as a guinea pig. In the past I had my first dog, a beagle, and 2 other guinea pigs. I love all animals but dogs always have a special place in my heart! I can’t wait to meet your furry friend!!

About: My dog died few months ago. I am not ready to have another dog yet. However, I will love to help people with their dogs. I know how hard could be to coordinate job schedules and spend time with the dog. I do love dogs since I was a child and my family also do. It could be stressful for the dog and owner to be apart for so long. I could help make them feel happy while the owner is out. I am a professional musician and, it was very though for me leaving home for a week and leaving my dog “Lulu”with someone else. I know exactly how hard could be. I do get alone with dogs. I love to go out to the park, walk them around and make them feel good. In fact, I will share pictures and videos while the owner is away.
About: I have taken care of many different pets. From Guinea pigs to cats, dogs, and lizards. I’m a bigger guy, so I’m also comfortable hanging with larger animals as well! I work from home Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I am also flexible during the weekends! So I am more than available to meet your fur-baby’s needs! You make the rules! Let me know the schedule your pets are on. Let me know if you’re in training and what you are trying! I will accommodate any requests! They will be respected and loved always!
“Angelina is fantastic with Griffey! She is super communicative, punctual, and makes me feel at ease knowing he is in good hands. Love the updates and photos too; it’s clear she really cares. Highly recommend!!”

About: I've owned and taken care of a multitude of pets from a young age, mostly stray dogs and cats, that my family took in. I'm especially comfortable around and handling strong, large dogs as some past breeds I've owned include a Rottweiler, Doberman, and Newfoundland. In my lifetime, I've also owned and cared for 10 different cats, as well as other animals including fish, rats, rabbits, and snakes. I'm currently working in the animal care field as a dolphin trainer and some individual dolphins I've cared for have reached 600+ pounds. That being said, no animal is too large or intimidating for me! This also means I have a really good understanding of animal behavior and psychology which is necessary for excellent animal care. I currently work 4 days a week, usually Saturday-Tuesday. The other days, I'm usually home most of the day doing schoolwork, except when I leave to go to the gym or grocery store. On days I work, I can't take dogs out as frequently, but I do come home during my lunch break to let my own dogs run around in the fenced in yard. I do have two huskies that your dog can socialize and play with while I'm at work. They are somewhat lazy and are very content to lounge while I'm away. I also leave on relaxing music when I'm at work and a large washable potty pad, just in case. The use of potty pads is highly debated, but I personally don't feel comfortable forcing pets to hold it for long periods of time, especially because I wouldn't do that to myself. On workdays, I take my dogs on long morning and evening walks and would be happy to bring your dog along. On days I'm at home, my pets are let out into the yard very frequently (~2-3 hours) to potty and play. When not playing in the yard, they're usually lounging, cuddling with me while I do my schoolwork, or playing with some sort of enrichment toy that I've provided. The home is out in the countryside on a large plot of land with lots of greenery and shade, and a fenced-in dog play area in the back. While I work, I typically take my dogs out to play in the yard. I will often sit out with my work laptop and watch them! I provide a very safe, relaxing environment where your dog will be treated like family. This also applies when I do house-sitting, drop-ins, and dog walks. I approach care with a proactive approach, rather than reactive. This means I always keep a close eye on individual pet behavior as subtle cues can indicate how a pet is feeling at a given moment. Many pet owners miss out on these cues, especially if they aren't trained to look for them. Overall, this means I try my best to create a safe environment for and trusting bond with any animal I work with via positive reinforcement and never push past an individual's limits.
About: I am a human nurse and have a dog with hemiplegia, so I am well-versed in bladder expression and monitoring for injury. Having 3 special needs pets, means I know how to administer oral medication, eyedrops, injections, and topicals I am not an early riser so if you have a late night out, midnight is not a problem! My availability varies upon my work schedule. I will follow the instructions the pawrents have left. Give all the scritches and love your pet deserves and is accustomed to with photos updates and video
Stickney dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jessica is marvelous! My dog EllieBean takes a while to warm up to new people. Jessica took her time over several visits to gain EB's trust. She was patient and professional, even when the weather and EB were a challenge. They have now become great friends. In addition, Jessica is a pleasure to work with and always shows up on time. I'm so grateful to have found Jessica!

This is our second booking with Carly. She’s been extremely efficient and friendly with our dog. Each time she walked him through the area he liked and he always enjoyed his time with her, you could tell how happy he was when they returned. We recommend Carly 100%!

Basiea is amazing! This was the first time having someone we didn’t know help out with our dogs. We had great communication from the start. She was quick to respond and make me feel at ease. She sent lots of pictures of their walks and I know that my girls were in good hands. Will definitely be rebooking with her!
