I am a TA for Oak Park 97 school district. I love animals; especially dogs. I have a degree in Zoology and seek a career working with animals. I usually am free after 3:30 pm Monday through Friday and have open availability most weekends. I try to respond to messages as soon as possible and will work to accommodate your pets needs as best as I can.

I make sure that my client’s pet’s feel safe as possible when they’re with me. While walking, I won’t let the client’s dog interact with other people or dogs because you never know how dogs will react with strangers or other dogs. That is unless the owner gives me permission to do so. If feeding is required I will make sure that the dog gets the appropriate amount of food for their breed or per the owner’s instructions. If need be I will also play with the dog and make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise that they need.

A typical day
I will use any toys provided for play. If it’s a nice day, we can go for a walk, run, or even to a park. If it’s hot, I will make sure that I have some water to keep your dog hydrated.

I’ve had dogs my entire life. I feel as though lots of people want dogs but don’t care to learn how to properly take care of them so, I go above and beyond to take care of the dogs I am able to take care of within my power. I would like to have a meet and greet before I take on any assignments.
