JoAnn did an excellent job of caring for Hulona as well as keeping me updated daily with texts and photos.

JoAnn was pleasant and friendly to Bosco who stayed with her and her family for 2 days and nights. I got 1 picture and 1 text during that time. At time of pickup, I had to wait several minutes because some things were not ready in his bag and then her husband commented that Bosco ate only half his meal. This surprised me because Bosco always eats everything in his bowl. When I got home the water bowl I received turned out to be wrong so I had to drive back and wait for them to find the right one. Back at home, Bosco slept for several hours after pickup and then started throwing up. He vomited an entire gallon size Ziploc bag and an entire paper towel sheet. I was very worried and upset as I monitored him because he could have had a medical emergency with an obstruction or worse. They should have been very careful about not leaving any loose items that a dog could get hold of . And they should have paid attention to his whereabouts at all times. I am relieved that nothing worse happened to my dear dog and sincerely hope that nobody else has to experience this overall lack of care.

JoAnn was great with Chance. I enjoyed the picture updates and Chance was so happy and visibly less anxious than he usually is. I will definitely be using her again!

JoAnn was great with Rockii and very nurturing. I will definitely call on her again.

JoAnn is so great with our daisy girl. She had to watch her for several days and took such good care of her. She stayed on top of her potty training and played with her outside often, taking her on walks. We are definitely going to be using JoAnn every week.

Excellent Sitter!! Thank you for helping me out on short notice! Keiko will def be back!
