“Iman is so flexible and quick to respond. She has the cutest added touches that make me feel confident that Malcolm is being cared for properly. I won’t spoil it by sharing all the details but know that Iman is super thoughtful. I hope that Iman is Malcolm’s forever sitter! 💕”

“Mercedes is an angel. I have of the two most spoiled and stubborn Doodles in the world. This was our first trip where they were away from family. I knew that adjusting to someone else would be difficult for them, but Mercedes was so reassuring that all would be well. She was so patient, kind, and loving with my babies. I was so sure that we would have to cut our trip short, but with the updates and open dialogue on how to approach their care, I was left feeling at ease. My babies fell in love with her and they don’t do that easily. She has a wonderful supportive family and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else.”

About: Hi! I’m a Veterinary student with experience in animal behavior, dog training, pet handling, and more. I’m passionate about providing a safe, loving, and stress free environment for pets in my home. My veterinary education helps me recognize health concerns, understand animal body language, and ensure every pet receives attentive, knowledgeable care. I will care for your pets with all the love in my heart, treating them as if they were my own and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved throughout their stay. 🐾❤️ As a Veterinary student, pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I am available to care for pets during both weekdays and weekends, and I can provide plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I live in a secure apartment building with controlled access and a safe environment. There are several nearby parks and walking areas where your pet can enjoy regular exercise, enrichment, and outdoor time. I typically accept only one pet (or pets from the same family) at a time. I do not board pets from different households together, which helps prevent conflicts, anxiety, and unnecessary stress. This allows me to give each pet my full attention and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay.
“This was my first time using Sharon and all went well. She sent photos and videos of Lily and took Lily on frequent walks. She was quick to respond to my texts. I really appreciate Sharon’s responsible and professional nature. And when I picked up Lily at the end of her stay, Sharon gifted her a bag of treats and toys and a thank you note! I will definitely use Sharon again.”
“Amy was the best …. Took amazing care of my fur baby I knew he was in good hands ❤️ got pictures and videos and updates really made me feel at ease with everything while I was gone”

“Stephanie was an absolute blessing! I needed to board my cats for a couple days and she really came through! My cats were safe, comfortable and happy! She went above and beyond!”

“This review is about a week late, sorry. When we plan our vacations, our first step is to confirm Candace can watch our dog, Rocco. She is a super good dogsitter and you can tell our dog is very happy to be going there. We get pictures and updates every day. We always had anxiety leaving Rocco for several days however, since we found Candace we are much more relaxed going on vacation. Thanks Candace, Steve and Pumkin!”

“We are first time pet owners and this was our first time leaving our new pup Leo. Kendra was wonderful. We exchanged a number of messages prior to our stay so she could get to know Leo and so that I would know what to expect. And, she sent several pictures and updates throughout his stay as well. I was so pleased, I plan to leave Leo with Kendra again.”

“Ana and Byron were amazing! Our puppy Zoey had the absolute best time. She stayed with them for 6 days - in which she was treated extremely well! Ana and Byron made sure to update us constantly throughout the day, and ensured her safety and care at all times! They are very kind, communicative, and heartwarming people. I highly recommend Ana and Byron to anyone who is in need of caring, loving doggysitters! Zoey will be happy to return!”

“OUTSTANDING! Tootie had a wonderful time! Kathy sent pictures with funny comments. That should me Tootie was having a great time. That's important to me. Kathy was very thorough with the detailed care instructions. She asked questions for clarity. If you are in the Chicago area, please choose Kathy.”

About: From an early age I have always had a pet at home, we got Peewee 4 yrs ago, recently we adopted 2 more, their family couldn’t take care of them anymore. Toby 8yrs old and Sebastian 10yr all 3 of them are loving and get along great.. We care for your pets as if they were our own. I work from home remotely so your dog will have me at home all the time. When your dog stays home with me, I will take them in daily walks 2-3 times a day. In the day time I walk them two times 2-4hrs apart and evening, I will walk them 1 more times 2-3 hours apart. I strive to recognize those and meet them through patience, loving interaction. After our meet and greet, I like to get well acquainted with your pet and make sure they are comfortable with me. Once I’m aware of their routines, needs, we are good to go! Constant communication, you will receive regular updates, including photos, videos, so Can rest assured that your companion is receiving top notch care and attention.
“Liliana and her family gave me such peace of mind to leave my Whiskey in their care. The initial visit with the family in their beautiful home was so warm and friendly. And while I was away, I was so grateful for the updates and pics throughout each day. Whiskey got attached to one of Liliana’s teenage daughters. So sweet!”

About: Dogs aren’t just my job—they’re my passion and my lifestyle. I dedicate my life to understanding canine behavior and providing every dog with safe, structured, and individualized care. I have experience working with all types of dogs, from energetic puppies to seniors, as well as reactive, fearful, and behaviorally challenging dogs. I also train high-drive working breeds, so I’m comfortable handling dogs that require advanced structure, confidence, and clear communication. Every dog in my care is treated like family while receiving consistent routines, exercise, mental enrichment, and plenty of attention. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, happy, and well cared for while giving you complete peace of mind. Whether your dog loves to play, needs a calm environment, or benefits from structured guidance, I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. I’m available seven days a week with flexible scheduling. I typically only require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure I can provide the best care and accommodate your dog’s needs. Feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to work with your schedule. Safety and structure are my top priorities. Every dog receives personalized care based on their age, energy level, and individual needs. For active dogs, I offer walks, structured play, mental enrichment, obstacle work, and appropriate exercise. I also have a dog-powered slat mill for conditioning experienced dogs when appropriate and with the owner’s approval. Dogs have access to a secure, fully fenced area and safe kennel accommodations when resting or during supervised rotations. If you’re interested in training, I also offer structured training programs for an additional fee. Training can include leash manners, obedience, confidence building, engagement, and customized goals based on your dog’s needs. Each training dog follows a consistent daily routine designed to encourage good habits while keeping the experience positive and rewarding. My goal is to provide a safe, enriching, and well-structured environment where every dog receives the attention, exercise, and care they deserve.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Midlothian
Amy was amazing with Jax!!! She gave daily night reports, long walks, intentional playtime. Jax got along with her pups too. She even gave him a nice bath so he was perfect returning to us. I'm sure Jax didn't want to leave with all of the love and care from Amy. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Danny was great with my dog, Gabe, and was extremely easy to communicate with! He was very accommodating and was understanding of the intricacies that come with boarding a large dog. He made sure to take many pictures and texted me to help alleviate my own anxiety about being away from my dog. When we met Danny for a meet and greet, my dog instantly was comfortable. I have never seen him like that at a commercial boarder. I am very grateful for Danny!
