However Iman made me feel comfortable in choosing her, she kept me updated throughout my time a part from Bentley with lots of photos and videos. She even gave us a parting gift of some fresh wet food for him. Definitely will be rebooking in the future when services are needed. Kendra got back to me rapidly after I requested to book and immediately set up a meet and greet session in an area convenient for the both of us. She has very good energy and her natural love and care for dogs showed right away in how she greeted Rogue. She was very clear on her instructions for the weekend stay and sent ample updates and pics to make sure we knew that Rogues was being well taken care of during her stay. Danny was great with my dog, Gabe, and was extremely easy to communicate with! He was very accommodating and was understanding of the intricacies that come with boarding a large dog. He made sure to take many pictures and texted me to help alleviate my own anxiety about being away from my dog. When we met Danny for a meet and greet, my dog instantly was comfortable. I have never seen him like that at a commercial boarder. I am very grateful for Danny!
