“I give Iman 5 stars times 20. This is my first time using Rover and I selected Iman for home drop in visits for the week I was on work related travel. To say I was nervous is an understatement. However, from the time I met Iman I knew she was the right choice. I perceived her to be a gentle, compassionate and honest person. This was important to me considering the temperament of my fur babies. One is a rescue due to abuse and none have ever been border and I wanted them to stay in the comfort of their own home. Yes I got that vibe from just meeting her. Very positive ora and energy. Iman exceeded my expectation. My 4 fur babies took to her right away and she cared for them as I would. You can tell this is not just work for Iman it’s what she loves. She absolutely has a love for and way with animals.t antisocial cats were even drawn to her. She made sure the house was locked and secured each time and that the alarm was set. I will definitely continue to utilize her services for my fur babies. I can’t express my gratitude enough for having such an amazing and outstanding sitter. Also, they loved her dog food. ❤️”

About: Hi! I will care for your pet as I do my own. I know dogs need lots of attention and activity. I love to get outside and walk them. My little Teddy loves other dogs too. He is ok with bigger dogs. We go to the dog park a lot so he’s very social. I am flexible and would love to meet you and your dog. My son is a huge dog lover also. Give us a chance, you won’t regret it! I’m ok with dogs on the furniture and wherever. I will listen to you for tips of course because nobody knows your pet like you do. Looking forward to meeting your pet! I know I’ve needed dog sitters in the past! I am off work right now so I have a pretty open schedule! I’m really looking forward to watching your dogs. Pick me! Pick me! My house is fine, or yours. I am trying to do whatever makes sense for you. I have usually dropped my dog off but am not opposed to staying at your house if you prefer that. I may ask to bring my dog Teddy with! He’s 18 pounds, and very sweet. Loves all other dogs!

About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life. I’ve taken care of many dogs solely since I was 18 years old. I’ve had large breed dogs and small breed dogs. I’ve trained my dogs since puppies and have cared for them well into their senior years. My schedule is currently open as I’m transitioning careers. I’m willing to switch to Rover full time in order to help others. I’m available mornings, days, nights, and weekends. I will follow your pets schedule in your home. I think it’s important to provide services in your home where your pet is most comfortable.
About: Hi! My name is Alysia, and I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years through family, friends, and neighbors. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. During visits and walks, I focus on keeping your pet safe, comfortable, and following their normal routine. Whether that means a long walk, playtime, feeding, administering simple medications, or just providing companionship, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I currently work at a childcare center, where responsibility, patience, and attention to detail are essential every day. Those same qualities carry over into the care I provide for pets. I understand how important updates are when you’re away, so I always send photos and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family member! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:50 PM to 5:30 PM, which allows me to provide morning walks, drop-in visits, feedings, and playtime before work. I am also available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for additional daytime care and can accommodate evening visits after work. I understand the importance of consistency for pets and always make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. I do not usually have dogs stay at my house because I have family members who are allergic but I am very respectful of your space. I make sure that they are fed at the exact times needed especially if they have a certain schedule and make sure that they get their exercise daily.
“Victoria has been great with Sierra. She was able to make a very shy 4 month old puppy feel comfortable and happy right away. Now Sierra gets so excited when Victoria comes to let her out, walk her and play with her. Communication has been great and she’s always on time to let Sierra out. Looking forward to Sierra having a long-term loving pet sitter.”

“Robin did a fantastic job checking-in and walking my dogs while I was out of town. She sent pictures of the pets while she was at the house and gave a summary of her visit once she left. About: I offer a home-based boarding experience designed for pets who deserve thoughtful, elevated care. My home is calm, beautifully maintained, and intentionally structured—ideal for dogs who thrive on routine, comfort, and personalized attention. I share my home with a 15-year-old miniature poodle, so I selectively welcome only gentle, compatible dogs to maintain a peaceful, low-stress environment. With limited capacity, each guest receives attentive supervision, individualized care, and a nurturing, high-quality stay. I’m enjoying early retirement and have chosen to devote my time to providing full-time, attentive care for dogs. This allows me to be consistently present, unhurried, and deeply focused on each guest’s comfort, routine, and overall well-being throughout their stay. I have a beautiful and clean spacious split level home for your fur baby to freely move around in. My home features a securely fenced yard designed for safe, supervised playtime. Dogs enjoy calm outdoor breaks and gentle activity in a controlled environment, always under attentive supervision to ensure comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

“Suzanne took such great care of our pets! She was really communicative and let us know she was concerned about one of our cats not eating (due to missing us.) It was the first time we left our pets in the hands of someone through Rover and Suzanne exceeded our expectations! We are so thankful to her.”

Also my home is one floor but the basement I have is dedicated and decorated specifically for my pets and will not mind letting other fur babies enjoy the fun down there !

“Erica has babysat our cat Domino in our home several times now. Domino is a cat that we took several months to rescue earlier this year. Consequently, she is shy and a bit skittish around new people. She bonded with Erica almost immediately! Erica has two cats of her own, so she knows a lot about them and their finicky nature. Erica has a warm and caring nature that comes across in the way that she communicates with Domino. She calls Domino her niece! Erica is fastidious with Domino’s litter box and feeds her twice daily. She sends us regular posts and updates regarding Domino’s antics. Erica spends time with Domino and plays with her. We miss Domino when we are gone, but never worry that she will be too lonely without us. We feel secure when we are away. We trust Erica with having the keys to our home. We have the utmost confidence that Erica will take great care of our fur baby.”

Oak Forest dog parents share their Rover experiences
Sarah, the dog sitter for our senior dog Judge was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond; the pics she took of Judge were darling and informative. She left us texts every day and told us about his walks and brushing his teeth and giving him his vitamins and how his feeding went. Really it was more than we could absolutely hope for. Sarah, you are wonderful and so professionally competent. I will use Sarah every single time we leave our Judge, if possible.

Our babies loved Chantal and we loved leaving them in her care! One of our dogs attacked a bird and she handled the situation on her own so well and communicated very nicely what was going on. She is quick to respond and accommodate to their needs. We also got a good report back from our babies that they wanted her to come back and see them!
