Pet Sitting in Midlothian

About: Ive owned so many variety's of pets from cats and dogs to gerbils, hamsters, mice, and turtles from 8-18 years old. I love animals and will always put their well-being first in any situation. I am currently a student at Fox working towards my Veterinary Technicians License. I speak Spanish and English! I am currently a full time student-but am available between the hours of 5pm-9pm after school hours and available between 6am-8pm on weekends. I know precisely how to read and animals body language and know when something is wrong. An animal can let me know when they feel uncomfortable and I can let the owner know right away. I have handled many shelter animals and pets and can know when something is not right or if they feel uncomfortable.

About: I have had and been around dogs since I was a child. Dogs seem to come to me naturally; without fear or hesitation. I honestly believe this is because I approach them with ease and am not forceful. It seemed like a natural step for me to join the Rover community. Ive also been a dog owner and currently have Jazzy who is my beloved Boston Terrier Mix with a big personality and sweet nature. Jazzy and I chose each other and its been an adventure ever since day one! she loves everyone but at times can be a little bossy. I'm well aware of who runs the household! I pride myself on ensuring that Jazzy stays healthy by giving her quality food and treats, Along with that she enjoys her fenced in yard and takes daily walks. We have lots of playtime and cuddles. I'll treat your dog as I would my own. That is my motto as I don't want you to worry or be concerned when you are away from your precious fur baby. I can't replace you, or would never try but rest assured your pet will receive all my tender loving care. I have had the opportunity to care for some dogs on Rover who have become regular clients. The owners have told me that they reach out to me first and hope that I am available. That is a huge compliment and I'm honored that I made such an impact on their four legged friend. All the pets I have met have their own unique personality and what I do as a sitter is simply take them for who they are which includes any little quirks. Canine or human, we all possess them. About: I’ve always loved taking care of my furry and not so furry friends!! I grew up in a home full of dogs and a vast range of animals such as reptiles, amphibians, and other aquatic life etc. I’m currently working from home so my schedule is generally open as far as Monday-Friday. I’m available throughout the entire weekend as well. I like to keep the animals in my care on a schedule so they aren’t stressed, I prioritize (the animal’s) comfortability and structure because that’s just what makes sense. It’s my duty to ensure your furry friend can have fun AND be safe so please bombard me with any and all information!!!

About: As a lifelong animal lover with years of experience in pet care, I understand that every pet has their own unique needs. I pride myself on having a strong sense of animal behavior and adjusting care accordingly to each individual pet’s temperament. I have a great deal of experience with senior pets and/or pets with a strict medication regimen. I understand that these animals often need additional patience and compassion and I am always striving to reliably provide such care. This includes administering edible, topical, and injectable medications. I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes as well as cats and small animals (birds, fish, reptiles, etc) so you can rest assured that your beloved critters are in good hands! I do my best to be communicative so I am always willing to discuss any additional details or concerns with my clients. My main goal in pet care is to provide reliable and respectful service that keeps your furry friend happy and gives you peace of mind in knowing they are properly cared for while you are away. I hope that I get to meet you and your pets very soon! Pet care is currently my main focus so my weekly schedule is almost always open. I am extremely flexible with scheduling which means I will be available to do reoccurring visits or extended pet sitting if need be. I have my own transportation so I am happy to make visits that are a bit out of my area as well. I have worked in professional pet care for 7+ years which has including both daily dog walking and overnight house-sitting. Being respectful of my client’s pets and their homes is of utmost importance to me. As well as pet sitting I am more than happy to take on other house-sitting responsibilities such as watering plants and bringing in mail/packages. “I give Iman 5 stars times 20. This is my first time using Rover and I selected Iman for home drop in visits for the week I was on work related travel. To say I was nervous is an understatement. However, from the time I met Iman I knew she was the right choice. I perceived her to be a gentle, compassionate and honest person. This was important to me considering the temperament of my fur babies. One is a rescue due to abuse and none have ever been border and I wanted them to stay in the comfort of their own home. Yes I got that vibe from just meeting her. Very positive ora and energy. Iman exceeded my expectation. My 4 fur babies took to her right away and she cared for them as I would. You can tell this is not just work for Iman it’s what she loves. She absolutely has a love for and way with animals.t antisocial cats were even drawn to her. She made sure the house was locked and secured each time and that the alarm was set. I will definitely continue to utilize her services for my fur babies. I can’t express my gratitude enough for having such an amazing and outstanding sitter. Also, they loved her dog food. ❤️”

We feel so lucky to have found Lisa. She ended up spending more time with our cats than scheduled. She also was able to fix the schedule when we had to make a change. There are other things that helped our peace-of-mind like turning the porch light off each day and bringing the mail in so our home didn't look vacant. She cleaned up before leaving. “Emily did an awesome job doing drop-in visits with Sierra. She is great with communication, came for a meet n greet first and followed instructions for the visits. Sierra absolutely loved having her come over to play fetch in the yard, she got belly rubs, fed her treats and made sure she had fresh water before she left. About: I’ve had many pets since the age of 6 years old and I’ve always had an absolute love for any and all animals out there. I’m currently a college student with a very flexible schedule for every one needed. I’m available on weekdays (Mon-Thurs) from 12pm and weekends (Fri-Sun) after 5:30pm. I have many experiences with caring for other owners’ fur babies in their home and I’m as respectful as I can be in their houses. I can send many pictures if the client needs them in order to be comfortable.
