About: I have been taking care of animals since I was in middle school starting with my own dogs. I eventually started volunteering at shelters which lead to working at shelters, rescues, and animal hospitals/ clinics. I can train dogs in basic skills such as “sit” or “paw.” I currently take care of my senior dog and young pup. About: I worked in an animal hospital for a couple of years. I have watched furbabies (cats and dogs) of family and friends for many years and even have office dogs at my job! I am mainly available during the weekends but can occasionally do evenings during the weekdays after my full time job. I work from home during Fridays so I am fully available then too. I would prefer to pet sit in an environment that your furbaby is already familiar with aka your home! I’d also be happy to take them (dogs) to a park or trail for them to explore as I love taking long walks.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats in my home - my childhood dog was my first best friend! I live with my sweet dog Lucy, who has a seizure disorder. Erica is a loving and skilled caregiver for our aging cats. Two of the three need medicine (one mixed in his food, one applied inside his ear), and she takes on these routines along with their elaborate feeding needs (wet food! dry food! treats! all in 3 different places for the 3 cats!) with such care and confidence. She's even made extra stops when there have been storms to make sure all is well. Erica is our go-to. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
