There communication was excellent and informative. My dog who is usually stressed in rush situations and gets sick, came home happy, healthy and rested well. Items I had forgotten like his blanket were provided by them for his comfort. I received pictures of his daily activities from nap time to playing in the back yard with some new friends. My dog was not ready to come home when being picked up and that's exactly the kind of stay I was hoping he would have. I was at ease of his well being during my trip and will be utilizing Tanisha and Darrius many more times in the future.”

“Kamiah and Casius were great sitters for Bailey. For me, it was a very last minute booking and Kamiah was incredibly accommodating to make it work. She was also very quick to contact us on the first day when Bailey wasn't eating (but everything was fine, as this is how Bailey always is at a new place), and Bailey looked very happy in the photos and videos we got each day. This was the first time we used Rover and we couldn't be happier. Matt was great with our 4 year old German Shepherd. He gave her plenty of attention and played ball with her. He sent me pictures and videos everyday. She stayed there for 7 nights and when we picked her up, she was excited to see us but was not trying to leave. She felt at home there and very well cared for. I am more than pleased.
This is our first time using Rover and Kendra made us comfortable and was very accommodating! She even got toys for our boys. She communicated well and sent lots of pictures. Fetty can be very anxious and they can be reactive to dogs, she was patient and worked well with them. We will definitely be using her in the future ❤️

My 15-year-old Australian Shepherd, Bear, requires special attention with his medication, mobility, and feeding, and they cared for him with such compassion and dedication. They even built a ramp to make Bear more comfortable during his stay — that level of thoughtfulness meant the world to me. They also sent me daily photos while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind and let me see how happy and well cared for Bear was. It is such a blessing to find people who treat your dog like family. I feel SO BLESSED to have found Matt & Leslie, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Five stars all the way!
Tanisha is just the best! She takes such good care of Bentley and always communicates throughout his visits. He loves playing with his friend Zuri and has no issues eating, which can be problematic when he’s not with me. To me, that just exemplifies how comfortable he is staying there 😊. The best sitter ever!
Katherine was great and took really good care of our senior dog, Bentley. She kept us informed during his stay and sent photos, which was super helpful and reassuring, since this was our first time leaving him with a non-family member. He enjoyed his little vacation and came home happy!
Mark was great with answering my questions, and quick to respond to! Mark sent photos of how my dog was doing which I appreciated and made me feel like he was really being taken care of. He was great with my dog and I will not hesitate to ask Mark to watch him again.
Ella did a great job with Winston - a 20 week old puppy. It is not easy to take care of a teething, high-energy puppy. We did not know what to expect as this was the first time Winston was boarded with someone he didn't know for several days/nights. We received frequent updates with pictures. Winston enjoyed playing with her dog and fenced back yard. He didn't want to leave. We will definitely leverage her services in the future.
