Michelle was prompt in communicating whenever something came up with Bramble that she needed clarification on. She was quick to respond for all the administrative arranging also. She was easy-going and calm. Bramble seemed comfortable being with her. I got daily photos to enjoy. I believe people would be very satisfied and secure leaving their pet with Michelle. I was!

Olivia kept my baby Leah for the weekend while I went out of town, and I was honestly nervous because anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my baby. But Olivia was amazing. She sent tons of pictures and updates the whole time, which really helped me relax. She even gave Leah extra treats and sent her home with some too.
