“Stephanie pup sat and house sat for us while we were out of town for over a week and she was FANTASTIC every step of the way. She came over to meet our two pups and they instantly connected, even our doggo who’s a bit of a scaredy cat loved her instantly. We explained the flow of a typical day before we left, and throughout the trip we never for a second worried that Stephanie needed extra reminders or pings. Stephanie sent us regular updates and pics of the pups as they explored the neighborhood on their leashed walks. Stephanie was also very clean and treated our place with a ton of respect - we’d had the place cleaned before we left and it looked even cleaner and tidier when we got back. Overall we were really happy with Stephanie, who helped us out immeasurably while also juggling her work. Our pups were well taken care of, our place was looked after, and I honestly can’t remember another trip we took where we didn’t have to worry at all about how our girls were doing, and we have Stephanie to thank for that!”

About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, especially dogs, and finally welcomed my own pup, Leia, into my life five years ago. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by dogs of all sizes and breeds, from a beloved Cocker Spaniel to two Giant Schnauzers and later a Pit Bull. Each one helped shape my love and understanding of animals and taught me how unique every pet’s personality can be. Today, I’m the proud owner of a French Bulldog who keeps me on my toes and a pet snake, giving me experience caring for both traditional and exotic pets. I’ve also spent time around cats through friends and family and am comfortable caring for feline companions as well. While attending Ball State University, I volunteered at local animal shelters, helping care for animals and supporting their daily needs. I work as a State Farm agent in Chicago’s West Loop, and because it is a family-owned business that my family manages and operates daily, I have some flexibility within my schedule when needed. During the week, I am available for pet care before work, after work, and during my lunch break. Depending on the day and my workload, I may also have additional flexibility to accommodate specific care needs. On weekends, I typically have more availability and can provide extra time and attention for walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, and companionship. I am careful not to overbook myself because I believe every pet deserves quality care and attention. When I accept a booking, you can trust that I have the time and availability to provide dependable, attentive care and ensure your pet remains safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. At this time, I’m unable to offer boarding services in my home due to my own pets. However, I am happy to provide a variety of other services, including drop-in visits, dog walking, overnight stays, and personalized in-home pet care. My goal is to ensure your pets remain comfortable in their familiar environment while receiving the attention, companionship, and care they deserve. Whether your pet needs playtime, feeding, medication administration, exercise, or simply a reassuring presence while you’re away, I am committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care tailored to their needs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was young. I’ve had many dogs over the years and all were loved, cared for, and given a life they deserve. I’m currently working part time and have hybrid classes. So, I have time to meet the needs of families and their fur babies. I am available to drop in the day, or spend nights to make sure your animals are cared for. I make sure they have clean water and food when needed. I let them out to run around and take pets on walks. I brush animals to make their coats soft, and offer baths.

About: My family has had at least one dog most of my life, one of which became my best friend, and he (Bear) was the reason I named my current dog (Polar) after him. I have my own 100+ pound white Lab who had a whole lot of energy when he was a puppy ,so I am familiar with how crazy the young ones (and older ones too) can get. Your pet is safe with me, (s)he will be treated like family, and as if (s)he were my own dog to love. I am currently a full-time MBA student and can be home full-time if needed. Potty breaks every few hours, or as requested by him/her. Lots of play time in between, as I always need an excuse to take a break from my studies... My family has had at least one dog almost my entire life, and I currently have my own 100+ pound white Lab, so I am capable to providing care as if it were my own dog. I have a fenced in yard that your dog will be allowed to go out to every few hours, or whenever he/she indicates the need. One neighbor does not have a dog, the other house does have a dog but is only outside for a few minutes at a time. I do have an alley behind my house where very rarely somebody in the neighborhood might walk their dog, but the strong chain link fence will keep them separate. Inside has miscellaneous stuff around the house that may be an issue if your dog chews items, but I can identify and remove any distractions deemed necessary. I have lots of toys and balls for your dog to play with, whatever he or she wants... In your home, I will follow any and every rule you establish. Whatever you say goes. Please give me a detailed list with any guidelines that need to be followed and I will do so.

About: I’ve grown up around animals and truly love spending time with them. I had a German Shepherd named Sheba and two cats, Pichu and Mitzu, and I’ve also cared for friends’ pets. Through Rover, I’ve walked and cared for pets of a wide range of ages. I’m experienced with walking, feeding, bathing, and giving pets the attention and care they need to feel comfortable and happy. I work remotely and thus have a flexible schedule when it comes to pet care. I am happy to accommodate the needs of my clients. In my client’s home I am happy to abide by any and all rules specified by the client, and ensure that their pet is happy!

I used to volunteer at West suburban humane society, and have dealt with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I feel comfortable around dogs and have lots of experience. I treat them like a member of the family. I love all animals, so if you have cats rabbits etc I will not be bothered. I have been around dogs since childhood and working with dogs is a dream of mine. If your dog needs medicine I have experience with that as well. I am extra gentle with senior dogs and can keep up with puppies I have a flexible schedule so I can work with your schedule. We can discuss your pets needs so I can accommodate your schedule easily. I follow owner instructions precisely and ask questions if anything seems unclear. Pet safety is always my number one priority. If I think a pet may not be safe for anyone I always reach out to the owner.
