“Melanie was great with our dogs! She sent us lots of pictures of them having fun while we’re we’re away. They were so happy and had lots of energy when we got home. And our home was just as we left it! Thank you so much!”

“Sarah is absolutely amazing. She is trustworthy, profesional, reliable and the most caring person! It is such a relief to have zero worries about my home and my baby while we travel. Thank you Sarah for being the fabulous soul and taking the best care of Pixie!”

“Kathryn was so wonderful! She took great care of our senior cat with special needs, and our rowdy, energetic young beagle mix. She kept in touch every day, and sent lots of photos. Our house can get a little messy with my cats litter boxes, plus he's a bit incontinent. But we returned home to an immaculate house, with very happy fur babies. We're so grateful, and will definately book Kathryn again! 100%”

“Tara is fabulous with my cat. I appreciated how much time and energy she spent playing with Jim Catsby. She sent me awesome photos and a video of their time together. Tara really cares about Jim, and leaving him happy. I’m grateful for her passion for pets and their care. She is motivated to give our pets the best experience possible.”

“Stephanie was a joy to have taken care of my kitties. I asked for pictures to be sent from each feeding, as one of my cats is diabetic and needs insulin (and I can be a nervous mama around his health!) She sent lots of photos right on time and my cats warmed up to her right away. She was super communicative– asking questions and always responding right away. House was left nice and tidy, and she even offered to put new clean sheets back on the bed when stripping the ones off from her stay. I will definitely be calling Stephanie again!”

“Lizbeth is a life saver! She was able to help me take care of my 10 year old German Shepard at a last minute notice and she took such good care of him. She kept in constant communication and send pictures with updates and how my dog was doing. She went out of her way to take very good care of him and I came back home to a happy doggo. She’s highly recommended and I will definitely be using her services in the future.”

“Miguel could not have possibly been better. He took great care of all 3 of my dogs as well as I do. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures and videos. I will use Miguel every time if at all possible.”

“Grace was absolutely amazing and my dog had a great time while Grace dogsat her for 2 nights! She provided multiple text and photo updates throughout the day, was very respectful of my home, and most importantly took great care of my mini dachshund Bella. She followed all my care instructions and provided a recap of everything when we arrived back home. I would highly recommend and will definitely be reaching back out to Grace for future dogsitting needs!”

About: I grew up in a household full of pets and have been lucky to live with people who also own pets, sharing the responsibility. Over the years, I've taken care of many dogs and several cats, rodents (guinea pigs and hamsters), hermit crabs, and fish. I have mostly owned small dogs and have been lucky to see them mature into their senior years, so I am familiar with the unique challenges that can come with age. I do feel comfortable walking and caring for dogs of any size. Right now, my family is fostering two 6-week old puppies who need lots of attention and care, so I am learning a lot about puppies. While I haven't yet charged for my services, I have been trusted by friends, family, and community members since I was 15 to pet-sit and house-sit. I graduated from college a year ago and have been bouncing around a lot, working ground control at music festivals. Between festivals, I need a place to stay, so I am especially looking for house-sitting opportunities to spend my time and have furry friends keeping me company. Other than sits and drop-ins, I'm not working, so I can give your loved ones the time and attention they deserve. I am big into travel, so I've met and lived with animals around the world. I've volunteered at shelters in the Bay Area, SoCal, and Louisiana. I was most recently living on a horse ranch in Georgia (the country) and took care of 2 farm dogs and a kitten. They were very independent and mostly required food, water, and serious cuddles. On the other hand, I've watched pets of various temperaments that had strict diets, medication schedules, and mental and physical health needs. I know every animal is different, and I'm happy to do all I can to care for yours just as you would. If your pet needs to sleep in bed with someone at night or other specific requests, I can do that. I will also be exploring Chicago for the first time, so if your dog has any favorite parks or routes, I would love to know!
“DIane was fantastic with our dog, Bailey, during our weekend trip. Communication was excellent; we loved the photo & videos she was thoughtful enough to share daily, which gave us peace of mind. She followed all of our specific instructions for feeding and walks and it was clear our Bailey girl was happy and comfortable in her care. We would highly recommend Diane and will definitely be booking again in the very near future:) she was absolutely fantastic:)”

“Haley and Emphraim were incredible! We were nervous leaving for 3 weeks, but the daily updates of our happy dog gave us enormous peace of mind throughout. We (and our dog!) could not be happier working with them.”

“Ethel is incredibly kind and such a dog lover! I really appreciated Ethel’s communication and care for my new dog, Kylo. My boy was adopted about a week ago and has a good amount of separation anxiety. He has broken out of 2 crates, 3 times😅 Ethel was available to house sit during the morning/early afternoon while I needed to be out of the house for work. I felt very comfortable leaving Kylo in her care. I would highly recommend Ethel’s services!”

About: Dogs are my favorite animal! Why? Because they are loyal, caring, fun and you already know this because you own one! :) I have a shepherd mix who I love dearly. I used to volunteer at West suburban humane society, and have dealt with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I feel comfortable around dogs and have lots of experience. I treat them like a member of the family. I love all animals, so if you have cats rabbits etc I will not be bothered. I have been around dogs since childhood and working with dogs is a dream of mine. If your dog needs medicine I have experience with that as well. I am extra gentle with senior dogs and can keep up with puppies I have a flexible schedule so I can work with your schedule. We can discuss your pets needs so I can accommodate your schedule easily. I follow owner instructions precisely and ask questions if anything seems unclear. Pet safety is always my number one priority. If I think a pet may not be safe for anyone I always reach out to the owner.

Leah was absolutely wonderful with Shelby, our dog. The first time she came over to meet Shelby, I knew she was great with dogs. Shelby is usually very apprehensive about meeting new people, but she warmed right away to Leah. Leah was sweet and attentive and treated Shelby as if she was her own family pet. She stayed at our house and left everything so spotless! She is an amazing dog sitter and I am so relieved to have found someone to watch Shelby when I can't be there. Five stars!

Laura stayed at our house for 2 days while we were out of town- took care of an older cat and dog, plus 2 box turtles. She was very attentive to their needs, took great care of them. The pets appeared very happy with her ! I also appreciated that she texted me photos and updates. She is a very nice person, I will ask her again to pet sit .
Lizbeth did a fantastic job taking care of Enzo. She kept me updated with messages and pictures, which I really appreciated. It was clear she spent quality time with him playing and taking him for walks. Enzo was very happy and comfortable with her. She also left the house in perfect shape. Lizbeth is the best, and I would absolutely recommend her.
