Through that time, I provided medication, took him for chemotherapy, and spoiled him until he decided it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. Shadow's absence still leaves a void in my heart that is filled by caring for other people's dogs. I love all types of dogs, and have experience with small to large, young and old, as well as dogs living with various health issues. Leah was absolutely wonderful with Shelby, our dog. The first time she came over to meet Shelby, I knew she was great with dogs. Shelby is usually very apprehensive about meeting new people, but she warmed right away to Leah. Leah was sweet and attentive and treated Shelby as if she was her own family pet.
