Diane worked with Juni and treated her with kindness, patience, and understanding. She gave her space and even did some emotion/body coding work with her which I thought was really cool. She treated our house with respect and we returned to it spotless. I felt very safe and comfortable having her stay in our home, and I think Juni did too. She was in great spirits when we got back and she even had a great few days of eating, no stress sickness. We so appreciate Diane's willingness to work with her! Stephanie took wonderful care of both my kitties and my home! She communicated each day with photos and notes on how they were doing. She was very attentive to a change in behavior with one of my babies - she made sure to reach out to me, and even my emergency contact just to affirm that everything was OK. I’m extremely appreciative for both the attention and communication, because one of my cats is diabetic and sometimes a small thing is a big thing. Most importantly, my cats love her! They are always happy and well cared for when I return home. Stephanie also kept my house very clean and even changed my sheets for me so I could just return home and go right to bed. The weekend of my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, Angelina provided care to their cat as well as my three cats, staying overnight for two nights at my home. Prior to that weekend, she came over to meet the cats and myself and run through their daily care routine. Even my shy cat Brody seemed curious about her. Wedding weekend, she was great at providing updates through text and photos throughout her stay, and I appreciated her attention to cleaning up their litter boxes and feeding mats one more time before she left.
