“Great experience with Kyla, it was my first time using the service for my Teddy and I was really nervous to not have him with family who normally watch him and since my daughter was moving same weekend(who normally has watched him) I said let me read reviews and go with it. Kyla kept me informed on Teddy’s progress with pictures and videos and my boy seemed happy to be there. I will use again in future for upcoming trips.”

About: I grew up with dogs, worked at PetSmart for many years, continued dog sitting professionally, and raised my own current dog, Gizmo, from 5 weeks old. I have gone through extensive training and I use that to help others with training issues when I can. I've been through various medical issues and found the appropriate care, including for a choking dog. I am an artist and like to photograph or draw they dogs I care for - have done separate pet portrait work not included with dog sitting. I like to try to really communicate with and understand each dog in their own circumstances. I have a dog park available just a short walk down the street. I have the ability to schedule working from home if needed. Typically, if you would like your dog to stay at my home, they will be sharing space with my dog, Gizmo. So please communicate if you need special consideration for alone time. I take walks or visit the dog park in the mornings. I typically work 10 to 6 Monday through Friday at an office, but can schedule days to work from home if a dog is staying and can not be left for a long period of time. My dog is Gizmo. He is okay with other dogs and will typically play a little outside and leave your dog to have their own space inside. You will need to discuss your situation with me if your dog needs alone time with me as I would need to address Gizmo's care under those circumstances. My house is on the smaller side, but the yard is fenced in and is reasonably sized. There is a dog door available to allow easy access to the yard. Dogs are allowed on couches and the bed in my home. I have one large crate if you would like your dog to use one. Each room can be closed off if separation is needed. If I am caring for a dog in another home, I need to take the same consideration for Gizmo. Please share your needs so we can adjust as necessary.
“Lauren has taken care of my dog Kylo, three times and I couldn't be happier with her care. Lauren is an amazing dog sitter and I always feel comfortable leaving Kylo with her. Since Kylo is diabetic it is especially important that he stays on his feeding schedule and receives his insulin injections on time, and Lauren is incredibly responsible and attentive to his needs. She provides multiple updates throughout the day, including pictures, detailed messages and even Wooftrax updates so I know how long his walks are. Kylo is very comfortable with her, and she does such a wonderful job of making him feel safe and cared for. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a trustworthy and caring dog sitter for our baby. We truly appreciate everything Lauren does for our precious pup and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and attentive pet sitter.”

“Jessica couldn’t be any sweeter. We have a 12 year old Great Dane, and certainly no longer an easy dog to take care of (although sweet!) Jessica went above and beyond to make him comfortable and happy. So much so he didn’t want to leave!!! Not enough good things to say about Jessica, her husband, or Capone. Highly recommended 😍”

About: I’m sure all sitters say this but I genuinely have a seat for being with animals. Sometimes I prefer them over people and treat them like they’re my own. I love all of their personalities and quirks. Anywhere I go I ask to pet someone’s dog and respect what the dog’s body language is telling me. I have a Siberian husky so I have had to learn how to read body language and potential environmental stressors very well. I invest a generous amount of time into learning about dog breeds and am always opening to learning more! Currently, I am home for the holidays with plenty of time to care for your pets while you’re away! I have access to a car and am eager to work. Extensive experience with dogs, slightly less with cats but always open to caring! I love giving them constant stimulation and walks. Pets and treats are always given. I treat all dogs like they’re my own. I have an eye on them almost at all times.

“Guillermina is such a gem! A true diamond in the rough. She took great care of my two babies and was very understanding when I made a mistake with the dates. She was able to hold them an extra day. Forever grateful for her!”

“I would love to say that Ethel is the only sitter I have tried, and I am honestly never going to try another person. My cat is always well taken care of when I am gone. Ethel communicated with me everyday and always has. Thank you!”

About: I have been taking care of strays for the past 12 years. I now have two cats of my own, that I took in from outside. I believe they are related (I found them together, and they are both cow cats). I take great care of them, and they return the favor!
“Thank you for accommodating extra visits during a family emergency. Kathryn is very reliable and did a wonderful job administering oral medications to my super senior cats. We highly recommended Kathryn!!”

About: I'm a pet care provider with over 10 years of professional experience in caring for all kinds of animals. I've owned and cared for cats my whole life. I have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and cared for. I have experience providing subcutaneous fluids as well as oral and topical medications. I have cared for bottle-fed kittens, ailing senior cats and everything in-between. I always care for every animal as if they are my own and I understand how important it is for them to feel safe, comfortable and loved.

“Tara is fantastic! You can tell she really enjoys her job! She is timely, thorough and loving! Tara took great care of our big boy kitty Bela, she took time to get to know him, Bela loves to play and Tara was great playing with him, above and beyond what was expected! Tara is great with communicating and sending pictures, we felt very comfortable leaving Bela in her care. We will definitely request her again the next time we need care for Bela! We highly recommend Tara W!”

About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, especially dogs, and finally welcomed my own pup, Leia, into my life five years ago. Since then, I’ve handled all of her training, walks, feeding schedule, etc., myself. I learned a lot from years of watching "It’s Me or the Dog," and put what I've learned into practice with my dog, Leia. What sets me apart is my mix of genuine love for dogs, hands‑on training experience, and a calm, reliable presence. I’m excited to meet your pup and give them a walk they’ll remember; one that’s safe, stimulating, and tailored to their personality. I am a college student at DePaul University, majoring in Finance and Criminology. I commute on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I am free to walk your furry friend any day that isn't Tuesday or Thursday :) I have one energetic five-year-old Wheaton terrier whom I have trained by myself. I walk her at least once a day, feed her, play with her, and train her when time allows. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your established rules and routines to ensure your dog feels comfortable and stress‑free. I pay close attention to safety — from securely leashing during walks to double‑checking doors, gates, and feeding instructions. My goal is to treat your pet and your home with the same care and respect I give my own.

“The weekend of my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, Angelina provided care to their cat as well as my three cats, staying overnight for two nights at my home. Prior to that weekend, she came over to meet the cats and myself and run through their daily care routine. Even my shy cat Brody seemed curious about her. Wedding weekend, she was great at providing updates through text and photos throughout her stay, and I appreciated her attention to cleaning up their litter boxes and feeding mats one more time before she left. She has a gift for working with animals and is trustworthy and easy to communicate with. I will definitely use her again!”

“Hades loved being taken care of by Melanie! She attended to his needs and followed all our notes! Easy to talk to and trustworthy. I'll be hitting up Melanie for an future cat sitting!”

“Gaby was attentive and caring with my cat. Itty Bitty was a first timer with pet sitting and was very nervous. Gaby kept me up to date on my pet's status with pictures and text. She went out of her way to make my pet comfortable. Thanks again!”

About: While I haven't owned a cat myself, I've always loved being around them and have experience caring for the cats of friends and neighbors. I've learned that every cat has their own unique personality, preferences, and routine, and I enjoy taking the time to earn their trust and make them feel comfortable. Whether your cat enjoys playtime, quiet companionship, or simply having someone keep their routine consistent, I'll make sure they receive attentive, loving care. I'm happy to provide fresh food and water, clean litter boxes, administer basic care as instructed, and give them plenty of affection—or space, if that's what they prefer. I understand that pets are family, and I'll care for your cat with the same patience, kindness, and respect I would want for my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you're away by making sure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
“JeTaun is super sweet and our kitties immediately took to her. We have cats with some tummy issues, so they don't always go in their litterbox, and this didn't bother her at all. She stayed at our house for a week while we were out of the country, and you couldn't even tell anyone had been there. We will definitely be booking her again!”

About: I take time to learn each cat's personality and temperament. I have 3 cats of my own, one of them which has medical needs. I provide regular updates to give you a peace of mind. I have experience in litter box cleaning, administering oral and subcutaneous medication.

About: I've loved cats my whole life and have plenty of experience taking care of them. My friends growing up had cats, and I also take care of many strays around the neighborhood. I have cat sit for my friend as well, taking care of meal times, litter box, play, attention, etc. Most of all I just genuinely love cats and spending time with them.

“Great experience with Ethel. We came in from out of town to watch a Red Stars game and she took care of our bernedoodle, Frankie. Ethel’s place is a very short way from SeatGeek Stadium and Frankie came back to us happy.”

“Sarai did great with our dogs. They immediately felt at home with her, and they came home happy and well cared for. She sent photos and video of their visit. Her house was clean, and she had a nice big yard for them to run around outside. She was great!!”

“Best experience yet!!! Alex is amazing!! Her residence is a pet paradise!! She is definitely the true dog whisperer. My Dutton was in Heaven with his new pack of furballs!! Alex is such an unbelievable host and truly as good as it gets!!”

“Susseth replied within minutes to all of my texts checking in on my dog. She was able to give daily meds that were necessary during her 3 day stay! I will be using Susseth again!”

“Barb is very nice person!! She watched my dog last minute and was awesome! He seemed to have a good time at her house playing with her pups. She sent over pics and videos thru the day. When he left she even gave him a gift with a toy inside which was extremely thoughtful of her. We will definitely be using her again.”

About: What sets me apart for other sitters is that I have them enjoy their walks at their own pace. In my years of experience, I have not only taken care of dogs but also cats just to name a few. Every animal is unique in their own way so being kind goes a long way. I like to have the owners as well as the dogs comfortable with me so I obtain as much information from the owners regarding their furry friends as I can. I am currently free to play, drop-in or bring your furry baby home with me. Whatever your pets needs are, I am here to help. I have a big backyard where I normally allow the dogs to run and play. But it does not have a fence in one area where the driveway begins. My home has two floors which the downstairs I use for the dogs to lay down, play or sleep. I do own a dog myself but she isn't allowed to interact with guests dogs unless previously approved by the guests parents first. I also have cameras, where I can capture video and photos to send to the pet parents.
“Angelina has been amazing! Our boy is so happy and Angelina is so communicative throughout the day, and has made this process so easy. I was definitely a little anxious about Opie going to a new daycare but Angelina has relieved all of that worry. We will definitely be using her in the future!”

“Julian is very good with my sammy. He was gentle and kind and got my sammy to do things he was never doing in the house and that’s with one day with him! Julian kept me updated with messages and pictures throughout the day which really reassured me and my peace of mind. Definitely will be returning with sammy in the future!”

“I can’t recommend Mary enough! She stepped in last minute to take care of our pup, Monty, for a full day, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we met her, she was welcoming and friendly, giving us a tour of her lovely home, which put us at ease knowing Monty would be well cared for. Mary took Monty out for a walk, fed him, and even has grassy areas in her backyard for him to enjoy. She kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages, which we really appreciated. It was clear he was having a great time! If you’re looking for someone to care for your pup, look no further than Mary. She truly is fantastic!”

“Dayana was a great dogsitter to our puppy Honey. She sent pictures and videos throughout the day of Honey having fun and being taken on walks, and she was very nice and communicative. I will definitely be reaching back out for more dog sitting with Dayana!”

“Christine was our life saver when we visited Chicago. It was a last minute booking and she accommodated us quickly. She loved our fur baby! Our Rollo had a blast with her and her beautiful cats ♥️ Thank you, Christine! We appreciate your love and care for fur babies.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was young. I’ve had many dogs over the years and all were loved, cared for, and given a life they deserve. I’m currently working part time and have hybrid classes. So, I have time to meet the needs of families and their fur babies. I am available to drop in the day, or spend nights to make sure your animals are cared for. I make sure they have clean water and food when needed. I let them out to run around and take pets on walks. I brush animals to make their coats soft, and offer baths.
“June can be nervous initially but warmed up to Patrycja quickly! I can tell June enjoyed her walks by the pictures and updates sent! Patrycja really went above and beyond to make sure June was comfortable! We both appreciated the help today! Thank you!”

About: I've owned and cared for all kinds of animals my whole life. Professionally, I have experience working as a dog handler, kennel attendant, dog bather, and groomer. I also have extensive experience working and caring for cats, horses, and various small animals. My +3 years working at a dog daycare facility had me safely handling a pack of up to 25 dogs; providing exercise & engagement, soft corrections, and positive reinforcement. To do so, it was necessary to be observant and in tune with the dog's behavior and always on the lookout for any signs of stress or aggression. As a bather and groomer, I was focused on hygiene but a large aspect of the job relied on my knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques. I've owned cats my entire life and have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and adopted. I also have pet care insurance with animal baliee coverage in case of emergencies. I always care for every animal as if they are my own and I understand how important it is for them to feel comfortable and loved. I work part-time on the night shift, so I'm usually out of the house between 9:30pm and 2am Monday through Friday. Outside of that- my schedule is flexible. I am available on most weekends and holidays. I only book one client at a time for pet sits and boarding, so your pet(s) will have my full attention. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a huge, unfenced yard. I own a variety of animal care supplies and equipment.

Due to my veterinary background, I'm comfortable and experienced with 🐾cat grooming (nail trims) 🐾dog grooming (nail trims) 🐾giving subcutaneous fluids I bring professional and loving care to every visit. About: I have taken a dog behavior training at a local shelter. I have dog sat for family members for multiple days (in house and my home ) Unfortunately I work during the week. I am free Saturday and Sunday to pet sit or just to give your fur baby some love and attention for a couple hours while you’re away. I do not have pets of my own due to housing circumstances. While in a client’s home I ensure that all potentially dangerous items are out of reach and secure from the pets. I give pets their space when showing signs of distress. As well as make sure they have their favorite comfort items.

About: Dogs have been a great interest of mine since i was born! I currently have one dog who is a creature of habit and has a strict schedule she sticks to! I’ve always known when something is up with her, like if her belly hurts or if she wants to go outside. I’ve been taking care of dogs for my whole life; my neighbors dogs, my sisters dog and even fostering. I have great behavior awareness, i act calm under pressure, i care for all types of animals and I’m responsible. Pet care is something i take very seriously. I’m currently in school perusing the medical field, so i plan my week around bookings, my part time job and homework. I make sure to prioritize each pet and their needs. I’m currently available to do any day of the week at any time besides T/W/Th before noon due to school. I also may be busy with my part time job so just shoot me a text message and i’ll let you know if i’m available the week you need someone! As safety and trust are my top priorities, i stick to schedules and routine while keeping a safe, secure environment. I’m attentive to their behavior and i’m able to handle different temperaments. My schooling teaches quick and calm thinking, so should anything unexpected happen, you can expect communication and responsibility from me! My ultimate goal is for your pet to feel safe and for you to feel confident!

About: Available on some weekdays and weekends, will incorporate lots of exercise and playtime, have years of experience with caring for dogs, like my dog Benji. I don’t prefer to do house-boarding just because my current family dog isn’t dog-friendly with others. Because I grew up without a dog and have always wanted one, I was hoping to fulfill that gap with caring for other dogs. I am responsible enough to ensure everything will go smoothly, and have a calm demeanor in case of emergencies. Having always been a dog lover, I can provide you with the service of being rest assured that the relationship between your dog and me will be a reciprocal and enjoyable one! No guarantees of feelings not becoming attached however! If you are looking for an involved, energetic playmate for your dog or simply a caretaker, I can be of generous service to you and your dog.
About: My purr-found love for cats has only grown over the years. Despite coming from a dog-preferred family—cats are my vibe! Thankfully, fate brought my quirky calico feline, Pia; a cat who magically gets along & plays with other cats & dogs. For nearly 3 years, I’ve worked as a purr-fessional cat sitter—accepting kittens, adult & senior cats ONLY after having a phone conversation with the owner. Essentially you need to pick the right caregiver for your animals, and I understand that I may or not be that for you. I reserve the right to deny service at my discretion, but I am very flexible with time and schedules. Tell me more about your cat(s)'s eating, sleeping, and playing habits to ensure I follow their natural schedule, as much as paw-sible! I aim to minimize any claw-ful feelings in my kitty clients. Thank you for reading & I look forward to hearing from you soon! :) Bachelors of Science 🧬 Certification: Basic Life Support 🩹 ⛑ Reiki Level 2 Practitioner: 🧘🏾 I am able to schedule visits around my claw-ients needs. Upon arrival, I get to business and perform the kitty chores first so that the end of the visit is filled with paw-some fun! At this time I am only cat sitting at my claw-ients house to ensure minimal disruption to the kitties. I give my fur-iends time to warm up to me & approach them on their terms.

“Eliza took great care of Winston. He played a lot and had a lot of fun. She provided frequent updates and was very accommodating. I will definitely leverage her assistance again.”

“Took such good care of our dog! We got lots of photo updates, which helped reassure us. She was able to accommodate all of our dog’s weird quirks and mannerisms, I could tell she ready my notes and applied those to their time together. Will absolutely use again!”

“What a wonderful experience this was for my elderly kitty, who was so well cared for. I've never seen her adjust so quickly. Thank you, Phyllis, for taking such good care of my kitty. Definitely recommend!!”

“Ashley watched my baby while I was at work all day. He’s older now, has separation anxiety, can’t be left alone and has a grade 5 murmur so low stress is so important. He seemed to be having the best time with her!! I literally never leave him with anyone outside family anymore so this was a big step for us and I couldn’t have asked for any better.”

“When the car got close to Marissa’s home, Lucy couldn’t wait to get out of the car! It’s comforting to know she’s going to be safe and have fun too. Thank you Marissa!”

“Thanks Beverly for keeping our busy Fox!!! Fox came home and couldn’t stop talking about his stay with Beverly!! I will definitely choose her again and again!!!”

“Michelle was so quick to send me pictures of my Diamond girl before I even had a chance to ask.... her pictures were proof enough that she was doing an amazing job with my pittie. In my opinion, I don't think my dog wanted to come home after her 5 star stay with Michelle and Benji. She can't wait to return and continue living her best life with them.”
