“Barbara was awesome! Unfortunately I booked with a different sitter who subsequently stated she could not watch my dog (Bailey) less than 24 hours after I dropped her off. The sitter stated Bailey was barking frantically and subsequently cancelled shortly before I was supposed to board my international flight with my family early the following morning. For Bailey to be barking frantically is unlike Bailey. Rover subsequently reached out to several sitters on my behalf while I was on my flight and described Bailey as having “separation anxiety” because of what the other sitter stated and “needing plenty of attention and play time”. Unlike to how Bailey was described, Bailey doesn’t bark much and has a calm temperament. My whole flight my family and I were wondering what would happen with Bailey in reference to how she was being described and if she’d be in good hands. Barbara fortunately volunteered for the job and her and I texted briefly while still on my flight because she wanted to know more about Bailey. I advised her that the manner in which the other sitter was describing Bailey was out of character. Barbara subsequently volunteered to pickup Bailey from the other sitter. Once Barbara was with Bailey she sent me a picture and reassured me Bailey was in good hands. Barbara would routinely send me pictures on updates of Bailey throughout the days we were gone. Additionally, Barbara gave Bailey her medicine twice daily for her ear infection. Barbara was great and I would recommend her services.”

The best way I can tell when Chloe is truly happy and cared for is by how she greets me when I pick her up. At places she doesn’t enjoy, she jumps all over me as if begging to leave. But with Sarai, Chloe was calm and relaxed, not anxious to go. Since Kylo is diabetic it is especially important that he stays on his feeding schedule and receives his insulin injections on time, and Lauren is incredibly responsible and attentive to his needs. About: Ill treat every dog like its my own... I have had rescues and i want all dogs to feel safe loved and cared for when their families are away. I have grown up with dogs. About: What sets me apart for other sitters is that I have them enjoy their walks at their own pace. In my years of experience, I have not only taken care of dogs but also cats just to name a few. Every animal is unique in their own way so being kind goes a long way. I like to have the owners as well as the dogs comfortable with me so I obtain as much information from the owners regarding their furry friends as I can. I am currently free to play, drop-in or bring your furry baby home with me. Whatever your pets needs are, I am here to help. I have a big backyard where I normally allow the dogs to run and play. But it does not have a fence in one area where the driveway begins. My home has two floors which the downstairs I use for the dogs to lay down, play or sleep. I do own a dog myself but she isn't allowed to interact with guests dogs unless previously approved by the guests parents first. I also have cameras, where I can capture video and photos to send to the pet parents.

We got in a Meet & Greet ahead of time (not that MP ever met a stranger or enemy, but it was a good double check), and we got photos here and there over our pretty long time away (mostly of him enjoying scratches and attention). Otherwise, it was pretty no frills and a smooth process. He came back happy and healthy.”

“Lauren has taken care of my dog Kylo, three times and I couldn't be happier with her care. Lauren is an amazing dog sitter and I always feel comfortable leaving Kylo with her. Since Kylo is diabetic it is especially important that he stays on his feeding schedule and receives his insulin injections on time, and Lauren is incredibly responsible and attentive to his needs. She provides multiple updates throughout the day, including pictures, detailed messages and even Wooftrax updates so I know how long his walks are. Kylo is very comfortable with her, and she does such a wonderful job of making him feel safe and cared for.
