Patrick has loved animals his entire lives. From an early age, Patrick was always surrounded by pets, beginning with his first dog, Cosmo, a short-haired Dachshund. A few years later, the family grew with the addition of Hunter, a German Shepherd, who became a beloved part of the family. After losing Cosmo and Hunter, Patrick began caring for dogs through Rover and quickly discovered how much they enjoyed building relationships with each pet they met. What started as a way to stay connected to animals grew into a genuine passion for providing dependable, personalized care. Today, we approach every visit with the same level of care and attention we would want for our own pets. We take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and individual needs so they can feel comfortable, safe, and cared for in their own home.

I care for every pet as if they were my own, with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and maintaining their normal routine. During the meet-and-greet, I take the time to learn about your pet’s personality, habits, feeding schedule, medications, exercise needs, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable and secure. When caring for pets in their home, I make every effort to keep their environment and daily routine as familiar as possible. I also believe communication is an important part of quality pet care, so I keep you informed and provide updates throughout your pet’s care. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

Patrick took great care of our two Frenchies while we were out of town for a weekend, coming over multiple times a day promptly at agreed upon times. He cleaned up multiple instances of indoor accidents and took care to bring my packages inside for me. We appreciate Patrick’s services!

We had a wonderful experience with Patrick house/dog-sitting for us! He came over for a meet-and-greet before our trip, which we really appreciated and helped us feel confident leaving our dogs in his care. Throughout our vacation, he kept us updated with photos and messages, so we always knew our pups were doing well. He was very responsive, took great care of both our dogs and our home, and left everything clean and just as we left it. We came home to happy dogs and had complete peace of mind while we were away. We’d absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and trustworthy sitter!
Patrick was wonderful with our 8 year old shepherd mix, Minnie. She can be hesitant with new people, but he was patient, calm, and willing to give her the time she needed. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he sent a photo during their walk, which we really appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. We’ll definitely be booking with Patrick again and are so happy to have found a trusted new friend for Minnie!

Schedule
I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be home for much of the day. Pet care is an important part of my weekly routine, and I plan my schedule around the needs of the pets in my care. While I occasionally travel to a customer site for work, I plan those commitments carefully and only accept pet-care bookings that I can confidently accommodate. My goal is to provide reliable, consistent care while keeping each pet’s normal routine as undisturbed as possible.

- What is there feeding routine? Before caring for your pet, I like to learn as much as possible about their routine, personality, and individual needs. Some things I like to know include: • What is their typical daily routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and bedtime? • Are they crate trained, and do they sleep in a crate or have free roam at night? • If I’m house sitting, would you like me to stay overnight? • Are they comfortable around other dogs, people, or other animals? • Do they have any fears, triggers, or behaviors I should be aware of? • Are there any medications, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special care instructions? • Is there anything that helps them feel especially comfortable while you’re away? • Who should I contact in case of an emergency, and which veterinarian do you use? The more I know ahead of time, the better I can maintain their normal routine and provide personalized care while you’re away.
