“Luciene and Luciano took excellent care of my two Cavaliers while I was gone for a couple of days. They are true dog lovers and it is evidence by their care they provide. I was fortunate to find them while I was on vacation for the month. Hopefully, I will back in sunny Sarasota next year and they will still be around. One of my pups has anxiety when I leave him and Luciene was sensitive enough to let him sleep in the bed with her. The other one slept with her daughter. I can’t say enough good things about the family. They kept them during the day on several occasions but this was the first time I left them for two nights. I am very appreciative and highly recommend them.”

I’ve had dogs in my life for years and genuinely love spending time with them, whether that means going for a long walk, playing, giving them plenty of attention, or just keeping them company while their person is away. About: Cats have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. My first cat was adopted from a family and lived with us for 22 wonderful years. My two cats today were also adopted — one from a family and the other rescued from the street. About: I had a rescue dog and took care of him for several years. I also took care of my mom’s senior dog who had vision and bladder control issues. I have dog and cat sit for friends with many different breeds and sizes. I grew up with two cats in my household and am comfortable caring for them. I enjoy being around cats just as much as dogs. :) I make sure to carry out the instructions owners leave for me and am meticulous about keeping their place and pet as clean as possible. I love to play with and take pets for long walks or to the park. I am available every week day from 9 am -9 pm except Thursdays from 4-9 pm. I am available all day Friday through Sunday. I have had dogs in my home before and am comfortable with any kind of care they need. I can put them in a crate or leave them out of a crate for overnights. About: Having grown up on a farm with 38 horses, minimum of 5 dogs at a time and too many cats to count, caring for and loving animals of all sizes has been a major part of my life. I’ve trained both dogs and horses and cared for all kinds of critters. When friends or family need a trusted person to care for or train their pet, I am the first person they call. Whatever your pet needs, I am happy to provide! Of course it is animal specific, but if I am caring for a pup, we can go on walks, play in a yard or inside, cuddle or just hangout peacefully. With any other pets, just let me know how I can show up for them and what else they prefer/need.
About: Ever since I was introduced toy grandparents dog at a young age, I have been fascinated and comforted by the furry friends we call our pets. Over the years I have pet-sat for friends, family, and neighbors as well. I always take care to follow their specific needs and make sure that as long as I'm there, they receive the amount of care and love necessary to maintain their happy little lifestyle. I am very comfortable going on long walks if necessary to keep your pet fit and healthy, proper meal times are a must, and, of course, pets and belly rubs are free of charge. I am currently waiting on a job to begin by the end of the year, meaning that nothing stands in the way of me taking the utmost care in making sure that your pet is loved and cherished as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard where your pet can play, completely supervised of course. Additionally I will ensure that while your pet is in my care, I will keep a constant watch over them to ensure their safety.

About: I've lived with dogs ever since I was born. I currently share responsibility of caring for the family dog (who is shown on my profile). I have experience with their care, such as daily walks, feeds, play time, giving necessary medications, and whatever else they need. I also have done cat sitting over the past few years through Rover and outside of Rover, as well as petsitting for birds, rabbits, turtles, and lizards. I even now have a turtle of my own! I currently have little to no limitations that would get in the way of me from doing my duties in caring for your wonderful pet(s). I am typically always home so I would be able to keep your fur baby company and give them whatever attention they would need. I have a backyard fence and a single small dog who can be a bit skittish, but ultimately sleeps most of the day.

My new schedule means I have plenty of time for active dog walks and quiet, cozy cat cuddles throughout the day. About: I’ve had pets my whole life. We’ve had dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks, so I’ve had my fair share of taking care of animals. We’ve gotten all our animals when they were babies, so I have experience with all ages. I love animals and my home would feel empty without any. I’m currently have a schedule consisting of classes and basketball. I have a bit going on, but whatever free time I have, I am available! I can stick to a schedule and do everything as close to the pet’s routine as possible. I have time to go on walks and/or let them outside in the client’s yard.

“Roman was Charise’s first ever Rover dog and we were really happy to have connected with her for our 5-day trip. Charise was a great sitter—she sent detailed updates about how Roman was doing with Navi and hope he was settling in while we were away. Her home is very clean and Charise is a very warm and welcoming host. Navi is just the cutest little nugget ever, and I could tell immediately Roman would feel right at home with Charise. Our big GSD is a big baby and throws a bit of a fit every time we leave, but Charise and Navi were patient with him while he warmed up to the idea of us being away—by the time we returned, he was fully integrated into their little family. Roman is allowed on the couch and bed for cuddles, and Charise has a full basement for the dogs to run around and play, a small yard, and she takes them together on long walks. Roman came home fully pooped from a week of playing with Navi and we’ll definitely be using Charise in the future!”

They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! My girl was very happy when I picked her up and I would absolutely rebook Gabriela and Richard! Highly recommend!”
