I currently help my mom take care of her basset hound puppy by periodically dog sitting for her. I have experience walking dogs for others and watching them overnight in my house. I currently work as a veterinary assistant, therefore I have lots of knowledge of animal care and what to do in a medical emergency. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was in middle school for my neighbors just because I loved doing it. This is more than just a job for me. I will give each dog I look after personal attention and will make sure all their needs are met. I will play with them until they get exhausted. I will give them all the belly rubs and pets they desire. Most importantly they will have fun!

Safety, trust & environment
If I am dropping in, I typically will take your pet out and go on a nice long walk in your neighborhood and play with them for the duration of my service. I will also check to make sure they have food and water, or anything else they may need. If I am house sitting, I would typically spend time with your pet in your living space and take them out when needed for potty breaks. If you have a backyard, we will most likely be out there playing loads of games and having fun!

Schedule
I’m currently working full-time, but in my free time I do drop ins and house sit for both cats and dogs. I’m typically available after 6pm Monday through Thursday and am typically available Friday through Sunday, depending on the week. The only exception being on Tuesdays, I am available after 8pm due to later work hours on Tuesdays. I am usually in town for Holidays as well.
