Pet care experience
Pets lover
I have over 15 years of pet-sitting experience and have been caring for animals my entire life. Friends, family, and repeat clients regularly trust me to care for their pets while they travel. I have experience with cats, small dogs, senior pets, and animals with special needs, including administering medication when needed. I have a flexible schedule and spend a lot of time working from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I always do my best to help them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away.

Safety, trust & environment
I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home. I always follow each pet's routine and any instructions provided by the owner to help them feel comfortable and secure. I keep homes clean and respectful, provide regular updates and photos, and carefully monitor pets for any changes in behavior or health. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel at ease.
Ratings and reviews
We had such a great experience with Zhanna! She took amazing care of our pup and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly genuinely cared about making sure our dog was happy and comfortable. We got regular updates and pictures, which made being away so much easier!
Second time booking Zhanna and everything went perfectly. The cats seemed really comfortable with her and she has been prompt professional and approachable both times we worked with her. Your pets are safe with her!
Zhana was great!! She came everyday to check on my cat Marlo and always took lots of pictures which I appreciated! All my instructions were followed perfectly. Thanks Zhana!
Zhanna was absolutely amazing with my cat, who is an Abyssinian cat. He can definitely be a handful, he’s extremely curious, energetic, and very demanding when it comes to attention but she handled him perfectly. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely engaged with him, and I could tell he felt completely comfortable with her. I really appreciated the updates and knowing he was getting plenty of attention and affection while I was away. I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care and would absolutely book with Zhanna again!
Zhanna is great! Would recommend!
Was super easy to work with! Did everything perfectly on a very last minute trip. Definitely will use her again!!
