“Ivy did a wonderful job at caring for our puppy, Kuma, while we were away! Ivy was very attentive to our puppy and asked great questions before to get a good sense of his needs. I really enjoyed getting pictures of Kuma throughout his time with Ivy. I have a very anxious dog and Ivy was super patient with Kuma until he warmed up to her. I will definitely be rebooking in the future!!”

“We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Amanda and Kellen! They looked after our 17-year old Rat Terrier and home while we needed to spend some time out of town. Amanda and Kellen sent regular updates, photos, followed our food and medication guidance and overall took really great care of our home and babydog. We arrived back to a clean home, and a happy dog. Would absolutely work with them again in the future.”

“Maria took amazing care of our 5 year pit mix Molly. She was so helpful and willing to come over early to meet our dog in advance since this was their first time together. She was also super flexible when our flight home was delayed! We are so thankful we found a trusted sitter for our pup. Would certainly welcome Maria into our home again!”

“This was my first time leaving my dog alone with someone outside of the household. She was rescued about 5 weeks ago, has separation anxiety, a fear of dogs, and fear around people, especially new people, so I was worried about how it would go. My dog did much better than I imagined she would, and I attribute a lot of that to how respectful Teddy was of my dog's boundaries and needs. Teddy was gentle and patient and went the extra mile to try and work through my dog's anxiety. Teddy also did a good job following directions on how to help with her anxiety and her other care. I would recommend Teddy to anyone whose dog has high anxiety, including a fear of people.”

“Lenford made me feel comfortable that Charlie was in good hands while I was away! He sent many pictures in which Charlie looked like he was having a blast. Lenford also worked with me when my flight was delayed until the middle of the night and stayed with Charlie until we were sure I would be getting home soon.”

“Celine is the best. She came and met our little guy a week before hand. She made sure to arrange and align with us on everything beforehand. She kept in constant contact with us, sharing pictures, checking in, asking questions. And she left everything perfectly in order, with our pup smiling and happy to greet us when we got home. Like I said. The best.”

“Holly meets all of Dolly’s needs every time she sits for Dolly and she remains super communicative with us through the booking and house sitting time! She is a wonderful cat sitter.”

“I was really anxious about leaving my cat, Denise, for 10 days and was so happy to meet Nina and leave Denise in her care. She sent pics and was communicative each day. She took care of my place and most importantly, Denise!!!”

“Gabriella took excellent care of the dogs and the house. She was very friendly, responsible and followed all instructions. We look forward to working with her again!”

“Jana was so great with my dogs. They can be a handful but I'm so thankful that Jana took such great care of them. Jana was super flexible with a last minute change in our schedule. Jana is super patient and understanding of my dogs' big personalities. Would love to booker her again!”

Brooklyn pet parents share their Rover experiences
Shannen is a fantastic house and pet sitter. She stayed in our home and watched our rescue dog (who has some separation anxiety) and our cat for almost a week. The pets were very happy, calm and content while we were away, and I could tell that they took to her immediately. Our dog isn't friendly with many people but he felt comfortable with Shannen right away. Shannen is a great communicator and sent us daily updates and photos, and took wonderful care of our home. We definitely hope to have her sit for us again in the future!

Sophia was great! We were nervous leaving our dog with someone new since he has a lot of quirks but she followed all our instructions well and was quick to respond to any messages. She shared a few updates each day with pictures and also left our apartment tidy.

Onyekachi was wonderful! She’s responsible, punctual, and truly caring. She kept me updated with messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My pup was happy and well cared for the whole time. I would gladly book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter!

Ash was amazing with my senior dog Tiny! Tiny can be quite a handful; beween all her medications not being good with other animals and her many other personality quirks. Ash was super communicative and sent me updates and pictures regularly. I highly recommend Ash and will be using them again!
Schirn stayed at my home to watch my cat Pip while I was away. This is the second time Schirn has stayed with Pip. I highly recommend Schirn, she is great on communication with messages and photos of Pip who clearly was very comfortable being cared for by her.

Maya took incredible care of my very needy kitten, Pants. From the initial meet-up, where she was literally on the floor getting to know my cat on his level, I knew she was the real deal. She’s extremely knowledgeable, genuinely good with animals, and has a calm, gracious presence that put both me and my cat at ease. Throughout my time away, she sent regular updates and videos where Pants was clearly happy, engaged, and affectionate. She also left my home spotless, with everything in its place. I have complete trust in Maya and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, loving care for their pet.

Danielle watched our two dogs for our wedding weekend, and there is no one else I could’ve picked that would’ve allowed me to feel so comfortable as to not need to check my phone once! She was the most attentive and my dogs absolutely loved her. Thank you x282978 Danielle!

Samuel was lovely! He housesat and stayed with our two cats for a week, giving medication to one cat daily. The cats warmed up to him faster than we had expected, one of them laying over his shoulders to hang out around the house. He left the house just as we had, very tidy! Responded fast and was a delight to meet in person.
