She was able to go to rescue my baby after a Rover sitter left him home alone while I was out of town due to an “emergency”. Beverly was there step by step and I wouldn’t know what I would’ve done without her stepping in to get a ride to my place, pack him and his things, and take him in for boarding. We initially discussed our ask - a few days stay - and agreed to bring over our Lucy for a quick visit. They were very attentive with great questions about Lucy's needs and habits. Lucy decided to be very ill-behaved at the visit and we offered to connect them with our previous sitter to confirm her usual behavior, which they took us up on. When we dropped off Lucy for the stay, she was wagging her tail and went in without a pause! They sent us pics and updates while we were away, which was such a relief and let us enjoy our time with family. When we arrived to pick up Lucy, she barked at the knock like it was her house! A good sign. She was happy to be home, but so much less stressed than if we had boarded her at the commercial place nearby. Bea had an awesome time with Maritza, Daniel and Lupe! They provided a clean, safe and fun environment; I felt at such ease knowing Bea was in good hands while I worked. They sent us daily updates with pictures, accommodated to her higher energy levels by walking her multiple times per day and treated her like one of their own. We will definitely be rebooking with them; Bea’s new home away from home.
We can’t thank Whitley, Christine, and Ollie enough for taking such great care of our pup Motley during our vacation. This was our first time using Rover, but after the meet and greet, we felt very comfortable booking the stay. We really appreciated the daily photos and video updates! This was the first time we left our 6month old puppy and we were so nervous. We shouldn’t have been. Eriann and her puppy were wonderful and Edge had a great time. He has been missing them both since we picked him up. Highly recommended and will book with Eriann again.
It was a pleasure for both me and my girl Dolly to stay with Rhiannon and her 2 beautiful dogs. Dolly had so much fun and fit in perfectly with their "pack". It was Dolly's first time being gone overnight and being boarded and I could not have asked for a better experience for her. Rhiannon showed as much love to Dolly as she does to her own pets (including her cat). Dolly was well cared for. I felt save leaving her with this family.
We had such a great experience with Lindsay this weekend and she watched over our dog for 5 days! This was our first time using Rover so everything was new for us and for our dog Frankie. I am so happy I reached out to Lindsay! She took our booking at a late notice and was very responsive throughout the whole process and with updates/photos of our little girl. I will continue to use Lindsay in future events when she is available and no longer take Frankie to boarding. We could tell by the way our girl was acting after pick up that she very much enjoyed staying in a home more than a crowded building. 10/10 experience from us and from Frankie!
Hannah did a fantastic job watching our dogs this weekend. She kept us updated throughout their stay with messages and photos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dogs were well cared for and comfortable, and they absolutely loved their time with her.
Nathan was absolutely fantastic with our three kitties for their short stay at his house. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and has extensive experience caring for cats. Our cats had a dedicated room at his house with enough space to sleep, play, eat, drink, and a window to look outside. This was our first time having our cats boarded at someone’s house and I was a little nervous beforehand, but instantly felt at ease once meeting Nathan and seeing where the cats would be staying. He also provided plenty of pictures and updates throughout the stay. Overall, very happy with the care and attention our cats received. I would 100% board my cats with Nathan again and recommend him to friends and family!
