“Chris and Cass were great! Very patient, kind and flexible. As sweet as our pitbull is, sometimes it’s hard to find a sitter because of the stigma that surrounds the breed. They even had our back when our flight was cancelled multiple times, forcing us to extend our dog’s stay. I’ll definitely be rebooking with them when needed and highly recommend them.”

Both times issues arose, one was a health issue and another where my flight was cancelled and I needed extra days of care. She cheerfully accommodated the situation and put my mind at ease during a stressful time. She takes great care of Halle, who is a rescue and can be reactive towards other dogs. I usually have to give a lot of instructions for sitters, but not so much with Jess, she just knows what to do. I especially noticed that Halle was more relaxed after staying with Jess. Now that she is used to her, I feel really comfortable leaving Halle with Jess.”
