Throughout my dog’s 6-night stay, I received updates and photos on days 1, 3, and 5, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. My dog can be pretty anxious, especially in new environments, but Cody handled him with patience and care. When I picked him up, I could clearly tell he had grown comfortable and even formed a bond with Cody, which says a lot. He was nervous at drop-off, but it was reassuring to see how much more relaxed and at ease he was by the end of his stay. Cody created a safe, welcoming environment and was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I really appreciated the attention given to my dog’s needs and overall well-being. “Our 5-month-old Labradoodle Nino was with Mahadevan, Vinata, and Anandi for 2 days. We are so thrilled and content with the experience. This is not any regular daycare/boarding setting, they keep your pet at their home and treat it like their own❤️. They have a two-year-old golden retriever Auro and he is an absolute darling. Nino is a Covid pandemic puppy which means he hasn’t been socialized much, that doesn’t mean he is aggressive or shy, all he wants to do is play with other dogs ALL DAY LONG. His energy is next level, but they were very patient with him and gave him rest intervals as required. Since we had a very happy and positive experience so we decided to keep Nino with them for 3 more weeks during our trip in April. They were happy to accommodate Nino and we are very thankful.”

“Georgie had another few days with Karina. When we dropped him off, Georgie showered Karina with kisses. It’s obvious he missed her. As always, Karina provided excellent care. I am very happy. Georgie is never bored, staring active and playing with friends all day. And when they’re resting inside, he’s receiving the cuddles and kisses, just like the love he gets from us. I even forgot to mention in my previous review that on his previous stay, Karina and the whole family gave him a big BIRTHDAY PaRTY with his friends!!! That’s above and beyond! We felt so bad we had to be out of the country on his 3rd birthday. Although we had celebrated it a week before, what Karina did for Georgie was more than enough to make us feel better. She sent us pictures and videos and I could tell he had the best time! I am so grateful we found her❤️ And for the record, she deserves more stars that this review is allowing😉”
“What an amazing host family! Tanuja took all the appropriate steps to make me and spice feel welcome and comfortable with this being a first time host. We had a meet and greet so both dogs could get comfortable with each other and after that moved towards hosting. She kept me well informed and was very thorough with making sure she had everything to care for spice. I would definitely book again with her in the future and would recommend her to anyone who asked.”

Dianne exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using Rover, and I was apprehensive about leaving my dog with strangers. However, I decided to try it because my dog, Saffron, has been extremely stressed out when I've left her at her usual boarding facility. My worries were quickly put to ease when I met her and Judi during our Meet & Greet session, and again when I brought Saffron to their home yesterday. Right away, Saffron made herself queen of their domain, and I could tell she felt comfortable with them. I had no concerns about leaving her with them overnight. Dianne kept me updated on Saffron throughout the evening, sending both pictures and video, as well as text updates. Saffron enjoyed lots of walks, snuggling with them on the couch, and cuddling at night. When they say one of them is home 24/7, they mean it. They accommodated her small size and advanced age by placing foam stairs at their sofas and bed so she could whiz up and down. When I picked her up today, while she was happy to see me, she also continued to snuggle with them and prance around their home even while I was there. I could tell she bonded with them. I will bring her again soon for a week-long visit and have zero qualms about them watching Saffron again. Even though we had to make a long trek from our home to theirs (over an hour due to construction), it was worth it. I'd drive three hours each way to bring Saffron to them. This is so much better suited for her than boarding her in a kennel. She truly thrived in their care and was fully doted on.
Maritza & Daniel did a wonderful job taking care of our Border Collie, Kaylee, while we were out of town for a few days. The updates and pictures they sent kept us informed as to how Kaylee was settling in and showed how happy she was to become a regular part of their day!
We are new to the area and finding a good dog sitter is always a bit stressful. Kadi put me and my dog, Phoebe, at ease almost immediately upon meeting her. She is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares! Kadi asked important questions about my dog to ensure the boarding was tailored to Phoebe's needs. Throughout her stay, we received updates and pictures that gave us peace of mind that Phoebe was not an after thought, but part of the family!
Hali was great with Jones! I really appreciated the photo and activity updates! It gave me a great sense of trust and it kept me in the loop. She was attentive to his needs and her 2 little puggies were great company for him. I also appreciated that Jones was able to lounge on her comfy couch and cuddle next to her.
We are so happy with the care Hazelnut received from Tanuja! She went above and beyond to make sure our pup was happy and healthy. She provided frequent updates to us and was also flexible with timing. Hazelnut did not want to leave! We will definitely be using Tanuja again!
Angelina and her husband were wonderful people to take care of our pups. First time using Rover and it was a great experience. We never felt worried and always felt like our dogs were being well taken care of. I loved that Angelina sent photos and videos consistently. I always got excited to receive them! Whitney is the absolute best dog sitter. She watches my baby like she would her own, and my pup gets along so well will her doggo :) She has amazing communication, sends videos, let’s me play voice notes for my pup and makes she I know she’s not just alive and well, but happy and better than ever. We call Whitney’s house “Summer Camp” for Winnie and she’s so excited to go every time!
