Some of his pics were akin to the results of a professional photo session. Some really cool shots that I am going to print and frame. The bad news?? My little Glum (who I thought would hide from Kevin for the 2.5 days I was gone) in fact found her first real man crush (always thought it was me)! About: I recently lost my 13 year old lab who had mobility issues and needed extra help getting around. She also had an immune disorder that required multiple different daily medications. I have rugs throughout my home to ensure paws have good grip walking on the hardwood floors, a help-me up harness for a large dog and a fenced in yard with organic grass to chew on (I don’t use any pesticides). She passed away late last year and would love to continue to care for your dog like it was my own! I usually work from home and spend a lot of free time at home as well. If dogs are staying with me, I would walk them at least twice a day and let them out in the yard multiple times a day. I try to follow a similar schedule that you do with your dog as much as possible (food schedule, walk schedule, ect.). I have clean dog beds and I allow the dogs to sleep up on the couch if they are potty trained. There are no dogs living in my home but sometimes I get multiple requests to watch dogs. Please let me know if you prefer to have your dog(s) be the only dogs in the home during their stay. About: Ever since I was a kid, I've had love and fascination for all kinds of animals - including dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, snakes, crickets, even fishflies! My home and life have been full of canine love since 2021. My first furry soulmate is Pumpkin, a smushy-faced Shar Pei pitt who loves carrots, long walks, and couch patrol. Years later, at the beginning of 2026, Frankie, a German Shepherd -Lab, came into my life after being a stray for over a year. Her spunk, sweetness, and intelligence taught me very important lessons on acclimation, reactivity training, and understanding a dog's needs on a deeper level. Most recently, a puppy has joined the pack - Violet, in all her piggy glory! She has been Frankie's favorite playmate and Pumpkin's favorite snuggle buddy. Nigel also has a few special needs/requirements and she was more than accommodating, including giving him multiple medications and keeping an eye out for accidents.
