About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, starting as a teenager when I began pet sitting for family friends and neighbors, and I’ve loved it ever since. My primary experience is caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, from energetic puppies and playful kittens to senior pets who need a slower, more gentle routine. I treat every dog and cat in my care like they’re my own, focusing on their comfort, safety, and happiness while you’re away. I’m currently a teacher on summer break and looking forward to spending my days doing something I truly enjoy—caring for animals! About: My family and I raised a pug named Poppy for 13 years and later another named Daisy. Poppy passed away last year after living a full and loving life under our care. I still miss her every day! Dogs seem to be drawn to me everywhere I go. And I’m always happy to play with them any opportunity I get! Don’t be surprised if you fur baby begs you to come back after our time together. Background in semi professional baseball and financial wealth management I work typically 9-6 on weekdays with some flexibility. Occasionally later depending on client meetings. Weekends I’m normally free, especially during the winter. I do play in multiple sports leagues, but those are usually on weeknights. I have a fenced in yard with a dog lead and is located within a subdivision away from a busy street. I also have a big open basement with padded floors for your pet to run around and play in. My house is very clean and even has brand new carpets. I allow pets on furniture, I just typically wipe off their paws after we return from walks or playing in the yard. My cat is friendly, but I also have a guest room upstairs she can stay in when company is over. No small objects or choking hazards around and very few breakable items for them to worry about running into.

About: Our family absolutely adores dogs. We have experience boarding up to several weeks at a time while owners are on vacations. Your pup will be pampered with snuggles and love. Our home has a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run around. I currently work weekdays, so Friday at 6 PM until Sunday at 7 PM is completely available for overnights or daytime visits. Also available for walks after 6 PM Monday through Thursday. I have a fenced in backyard and will keep your dog within sight at all times. My home comes with 2 assistants; my 8 and 11 year old sons who LOVE dogs and will play endlessly with your pet.

The following is my review of Lauren when I first engaged her to care for my dogs…a bit long, but it will paint the picture of the kind-hearted and responsible sitter Lauren is. When my former sitter could no longer care of my dogs, I turned to Rover to find a new caregiver. I was drawn in by Lauren’s profile and clear love of animals. She came over to meet my old dogs (10 and 13 ½) and they hit it off immediately. My boys are always excited for a visitor and smothered Lauren with lots of attention. She was patient with them and really took time to get to know them – outside too. I arranged drop in visits three times a day while I was gone (6 days). She sent me a report card for every visit. They were detailed and included lots of photos (20 or so). Her description of the visits where so good…she captured the quirks of each dog and gave me a general update. Between the photos and her descriptions, I felt like I was there. The report cards have a time stamp and I could see that she spent more than the scheduled time with the dogs. I could tell that my dogs were good and happy. She was great at following instructions for the medication for my older dog. And the house was in order when I returned. My neighbor mention how nice she was and how much time she spent outside with the dogs. I can’t recommend Lauren enough (though selfishly…I only want her when I travel). You would be lucky to have Lauren care for your beloved pets.”

We have two dogs who were both rescued from Amish puppy mills where they were kept in a tiny stall as mama breeders producing litter after litter of puppies for their whole lives, so they have incredible trauma and are very wary of trusting humans due to their pasts. Because of this, we consider them special needs dogs. Lara and jonathon are absolutely amazing with them, and I would not be able to ever leave town if I hadn’t found someone that I can completely trust and that has the patience and empathy to take care of our dogs. They are understanding and caring, and amazing at keeping us updated throughout the day. We have used them twice for 2 long trips and plan to continue in the future- they are so patient and loving with our dogs and have absolutely been a huge part of Cici and Layla’s recovery and rehabilitation journey. About: I have had two personal dogs for most of my life and currently have one dog of my own that is 4. I learned how to care of animals at a young age and have been around dogs all my life. I have dog and puppy sat many times in homes and in my own home. I absolutely adore all dogs! Dog walking is therapeutic and fun for me! Jeannine and Justin did a fabulous job with our kitties! Spice is elderly and needs medication and they were able to take care of that. She also often uses the bathtub as a litter box. They cleaned up after her a the house was in great condition upon our return. They were also extremely communicative and we received photos and an update each day. I would highly recommend them!

Emily has been great with our Lucy! You can tell she has a lot of experience and is a pet lover. Our Lucy who can be timid and high anxiety really took to Emily and even sat on her lap! Emily’s communication prior was great and she kept us informed on the visit including photos. We would highly recommend her especially if your pet has special needs.
Winnie was awesome! Super easy to communicate with and made everything really stress-free for us. Our puppy Poppy absolutely loved her and we could tell she got tons of love and attention.
