Madeleine was very nice, respectful, and helpful while taking care of my cats. There were a couple of minor hiccups—she arrived late on the first day and spent quite a bit of time on her phone rather than actively playing with the cats—but overall, she provided good care, and everything went well.
Charlie and Kat have a wonderful relationship and she is always as delighted to see him as he is to see her. I am truly eternally grateful to know that this little guy is in great hands and he has a wonderful time every time they are together. She takes extra care of him, cleans his water rolls, cleans up after his messes, even that’s not my expectation! Thank you so much for your caring of my little guy!
Stephanie was phenomenal, Mavis absolutely loved her! She sent detailed messages along with pictures and videos everyday which is super helpful for anxious pet parents like me. Next time we go out of town we’ll absolutely be looking at rebooking her, I cannot recommend her more!
