About: 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages have taught me that every dog really is one-of-a-kind, and I honor all of their unique personalities and needs. I do sincerely respect dogs, but I always have so much fun spending time with them! I’m a student, and I’m busy with class from 12:30-4 M-TH, so I have the most free time during mornings and evenings. I live in an apartment with my very gentle 8 year old poodle, who I’ve noticed is a comforting presence to nervous dogs. I live a very short walk away from a great dog park.

Sylvie was great taking care of our 4 cats and fish while we were away for over a week. I left a long and detailed instruction list and she had no problem following it to a T. Although our cats are typically shy, one of our boys took a liking to her as shown in the pictures at each visit. I highly recommend Sylvie to care for your pets!
Randi has been nothing but stellar with our German Shepherd, Rune. They have been prompt about visit times and he seems happy and at ease when we return. Randi has also gone out of their way to make sure they get all the pertinent details for care and has been available on very short notice. Would recommend to anyone needing a trusted person for their dog care.
Jeannette does an amazing job, and puts love and care into every visit with our aging cat. She spoils him, plays with him and gives him enrichment and attention. She’s our “go to” sitter, and I wouldn’t leave my cat with anyone else! She’s the BEST!
Preti was great with our cat Nebula. She came by our place before hand and asked questions while getting to know our girl a little bit. She filled out Rover Cards with detail and let me know if something unexpected happened. Overall she was a great sitter. Will be looking to book again.
Sydney did a great job watching my senior cat Jack. He mainly needs attention, and she spent the full 30-minute session after basic needs were taken care of giving him cuddles and spending time with him. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
