Availability
I work during the day, and so I can stay with your pets overnight, let them out and play a few times a day, or stop by a house for quick walks/potty breaks. I workout regularly, so I’m able to take them for runs, hikes, or long walks in the mornings/evenings if desired too.

In a client’s home, I am comfortable with enforcing the rules and norms to make sure they keep their routines and training. I also love sitting and petting them while watching movies, doing work, or just hanging out. If they’re up for it, I’m happy to play tug of war, throw a ball around, and be active in their space as well. I can easily bathe, brush, and maintain them if they get dirty in our time. I get up early, so I can administer morning and night meds on their regular schedule. How much time I spend in your home is up to you, and I can properly care for your pets for 20 minutes or multiple days.

Beforehand, I want to chat with you about your pet’s needs for any extra care, specific meds, or schedules during our time. It’s important to me to know any allergies, fears, routines, or training a dog has going into it, and if everyone’s comfortable with parks. My priority is making sure your pet is happy and healthy, so as long as I have individual care information beforehand I will make sure your pet gets everything it needs.
A typical day
I always want to make sure your dogs are comfortable and get enough exercise. I usually walk them in neighborhoods, parks, or take them to fenced-in dog parks as long as they like being by other people and dogs. I will also play with them and throw a ball with them as much as they want. If it’s too hot for your pet or if it’s storming outside, I make sure they get enough play and exercise inside to keep them happy and healthy.

I would love to help out caring for your pet whenever you need! I’ve had a dog my entire life, and I am good with all animals. I treat all animals with the respect of a family member and I am super active so I love running, walking, or playing with dogs for hours on end. I’ve dog-sat for many dogs regularly over several years, so I would be happy to care for yours when you’re out of town. I have pet sat for neighbors, family, friends, and pets through Rover for days-weeks before, so I am comfortable with any setup or routine that works best for your pet! Whether they’re a puppy with high energy or a senior dog who needs specific care, I love to be there for pets so they stay happy and healthy, and so you can have peace of mind. I love nature and have many houseplants myself, so I am also happy to tend to any houseplants/gardens while you’re away too.
