About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have been pet sitting since I was 15. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, and turtles, both as my own pets and for others. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, basic grooming, and following each pet’s individual routine and care instructions. I understand that every animal has different needs, personalities, and comfort levels, and I’m happy to adjust my care accordingly. I’ll give your pets plenty of attention and companionship while you’re away and can send lots of pictures and updates so you know they’re safe, happy, and loved! My schedule is currently very flexible, which gives me plenty of time to provide attentive and reliable pet care. I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, and extended stays. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine and can provide frequent potty breaks, meals, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, routines, and any special needs. I’ll take the time to learn your pet’s personality and boundaries and make sure they feel comfortable with me. I’m experienced with administering medications, including subcutaneous fluids, and I’m happy to provide regular photos and updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: Experienced as a dog owner and foster care provider. I’m well versed in a variety of dog breeds, ages, and personalities to meet your dogs needs. I work a hybrid work schedule and can set my own weeks. On days where i’m working in office I can offer evening drop ins only. Weekends I will have more flexibility to offer morning and midday or multiple drop ins. Safety and trust are very important when working with animals. On walks they will have my full attention and I will discuss any potential concerns with the owner. Knowing if your dog tends to be reactive on a walk or if they tend to pickup things they shouldn’t, will help me to keep them safe and provide the best care. In your home I will follow the guidance you set out so that your dog is comfortable and safe.

About: Hi, we're both animal lovers who grew up with great pups! Theresa grew up with golden retrievers (Magellan and Rowan) and A.K. grew up with an Old English Sheepdog (Seymour). We both have experience with dogs from puppy to senior. Growing up, A.K. also dogsat for multiple families in his neighborhood. Theresa is a runner and would love to (with your permission) take your dog for a fun walk, jog, or adventure to the dog park. If your pup is more of a couch potato, A.K. will be their best friend. Our friends and family have lots of dogs so we're comfortable and familiar interacting with various breeds of dogs (Pugs, Poodles, Shiba Inus, German Shepherds, Bernedoodles just to name a few). **We require a 2 night minimum for bookings besides for repeat clients** We both have some flexibility to work from home and are organized, diligent, and honest. Due to the nature of our careers and just having built a house we know how key customer service, safety, and communication are and we're always available by phone, email, text, app, etc. Our home is close to Midtown and Downtown Detroit and we designed it with our future dog(s) in mind! We have a dog wash in our mud room, a fenced in back/side yard, and a dedicated lit, sleeping/crate space on the 1st floor under the stairs (kinda like Harry Potter!) Our home has central air and all flooring is tile so any fluffy dogs will stay cool during the warmer months.

About: I grew up with all types of pets, and pet sat for friends and family throughout undergrad. I've cared predominantly for dogs, ranging from a young miniture dachshund to an elderly lab mix. I am more than happy to take on new experiences and can swiftly adapt to meet your pets needs. In addition to caring for pets, I have an ever growing (and thriving) plant collection in my own home and have frequently taken on plant sitting as well. I am a full-time law student and work part-time on the weekends. During the week, my schedule is flexible, providing me time before, after, or even between classes to check in on your pets. On the weekends, I typically work in the evening but remain free all morning. I also love to get outside and go for walks as much as I can and would love to have a furry friend come along! I believe caring for a pet in their own home is the better option. I think pets tend to feel more safe and secure in a familiar environment, which can help counter having an unfamiliar person around at the start. Additionally, in their own home, pets have access to all the food, toys, and other comforts they are used to. My first priority is to make sure your pet is safe and happy. I am always more than happy to adapt to your pets specific needs.

About: Both my parents are veterinarians, so I have been around animals my whole life. I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, and even a turtle. I have tons of experience with animals, and would love to meet yours! I would love to come walk them, take care of them, and give your extended family some extra love! I work 9-5 but can work around that schedule & am free on weekends! I love to take my dog on long walks, and love to hangout with cats and play with them. In my home I take very good care of my pets and check on them often.

About: I work in the medical field as a PA and also have a love for animals. I have my own dog and have grown up with dogs so I am very capable of caring for them! Caring for my own pet, Duke, and others fits wonderfully into my daily schedule. I do work during the days but often find myself coming home early. We do almost daily walks in the mornings or evenings and have lots of play time inside. Weekends are filled with outside activities such as dog parks, walks, or enjoying the day inside with friends. I live in an apartment downtown Detroit close to many dog parks as well as easy access to the riverwalk and other trails. My dog roams freely in our apartment/sleeps with us as any guest pets are welcome to do as well, unless specified otherwise by owners:)

I’ve looked after Yorkies, Great Danes and everything in between, owned both dogs and cats of my own (currently have 3 cats), and have been walking, sitting and fostering dogs since I was a teenager.
