About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.
“Breanna really cared about our elderly cat so he was well cared for. She administered his medication on time and accurately. I will definitely book her for future trips!”

About: I am a medical student who loves to play and care for animals. I have been caring for all types of animals for the past 10 years, including but not limited to dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, hedgehogs, etc. I have personal experience caring and training my dog who was diagnosed with glaucoma which caused her to become blind in one eye. This means that I have to administer eye drops into her eye every night. I have trained her to go to her bed and sit patiently to allow me to input her eye drops peacefully in an exchange for a treat. In high school I also helped train puppies to become guide dogs for the blind. I am able to care for wild and rambunctious dogs to relaxed and care-free dogs. With these special skills and personal experiences, I will be able to ensure that your dog is cared for as if they are my own. I understand that dogs are a huge part of your family and will do my best to make sure they are treated with love. As a full time student, I have flexibility in my schedule to fit in pet care into my weekly routine. I like to implement breaks into my study schedule and what good way to rest than playing/caring for animals! While I am unable to board / care for animals in my own home, I will be able to go to the pets home and care for them there. I can do house visits to feed or care for them in the home or take them out for walks around your neighborhood.
About: Hi! I’m Daniella — a dog lover and active walker based in downtown Detroit. I’ve always been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family, and I treat every dog like my own. Whether it’s long walks, belly rubs, or quiet couch time, I will make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy. My work is flexible so I can give your dog plenty of attention. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I’ll always keep you updated with photos and notes after each walk or visit. I live downtown and have a flexible work schedule so I am easily able to go on walks, runs, or be home whenever it’s planned for. I live in a spacious apartment near capitol park dog park and the river walk. I have a car so I'm happy to host here or go to you.
About: Hi there! I grew up with cats but l'm also a dog lover. I dog sit my friends’ corgi and husky sometimes so I decided to join this platform. I also love going to the dog park and think it's the happiest place on earth! I have worked remotely since 2020 and I love that dog walking is built in exercise. I also am more than happy to drop in and dog sit. I live in a secure, pet friendly apartment building with a fenced in track area for dogs. It’s conveniently located in midtown Detroit, Michigan with safe places to go for walks.
About: Almost all of my experience as a dog owner and sitter is with dogs that have come from shelters or other adopted situations. I have owned “retired” greyhounds that were severely traumatized, I have cared for small dogs with unknown, but clearly extremely difficult, past traumas, and I have stayed and bonded with boxers and pit bulls who are slow to trust but then become bed-hogging cuddlers! Recently, I had my first experience helping train a puppy! I spent five months with a family and their sweet cavipoo house training and leash training. I teach from home and so I am always home! Well, except for the occasional errand, appointment, etc. So, I would love the extra company and the excuse to get out of the house and get some exercise! I live in an apartment building so I do not have a fenced yard. However, I live on Lafayette Park where I walk daily. It is incredibly safe and I have gotten to know many of the pet parents in the building and the neighborhood. I have two five month old kittens that I adopted from a foster home two months ago where they lived with a dog. I am hoping to keep them exposed to other animals so that when I have a larger place, I will be able to expand my family of pets.
“This was our first time working with Sydney and we couldn’t be happier that she’s a new friend in our cat’s life! During our initial visit, we could tell that Sydney was such a kind and good person. Through all of the updates and she pictures sent over, we could see that our cat was very happy and felt loved, which is all you can ask for while away.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a small child. I’m always the go to person to care for my family’s dogs when needed. I’m working part time and have various walk times available throughout the week along with weekend availability to board. I only care for one pet at a time. My apartment has a small fenced in dog park for smaller dogs and I live near many walking trails for good walks. I only care for one animal at a time.
About: Get a much needed escape and feel relief that your pup is getting a vacation too! Let me spoil them while you spoil yourself 😉 I'm Elpida! I'm very passionate about dogs and have been raised around them since I was a child from Basset Hounds, Pointers, Huskeys to my very own Rottweiler I own now. Find comfort in knowing I have experience in various temperaments and energy levels. My previous job is currently closed for an indefinite amount of time for renovations so I have an open schedule to fully dedicate to your animals! I ask you provide detailed information on your dog or cats habits, eating schedule, and energy requirements. With this I can make a seamless transition to minimise the stress to your animal and provide them with the care they need just like you would if you were home. I will be fully present at all times depending on what you are comfortable with!
