About: Hi! I’ve loved animals my whole life and have cared for dogs for as long as I can remember, from old to young. I’ve also had a cat for many years in my life, so I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats! I love spending time with animals, going on walks with them, playing with them, and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved. I’d be excited to meet your furry friend! I am currently a CCA at USPS, so summer can be slow at times, and I normally have mornings until about 12 pm available and any time after 7 or so available. Saturday nights and Sundays are the only days of the week on a week to week bases that I can guarantee that I will be available for overnight and all-day care. I currently don't have any of my pets living with me, but occasionally they come over from Lansing and hang out with me, and we walk around the city, go to some of my secret walking spots scattered around detroit and just hang out. About: I grew up with all types of pets, and pet sat for friends and family throughout undergrad. I've cared predominantly for dogs, ranging from a young miniture dachshund to an elderly lab mix. About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover and was the proud pet parent of a Yorkie-Poodle named Jazz, who was my best friend and companion for 15 wonderful years. Saying goodbye to him in 2019 was one of the hardest things I've ever experienced, but caring for him taught me that every pet has their own unique personality, routine, and needs—and that they deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and love. I pay close attention to behavior and mood—if something feels off, you’ll be the first to know. I also clean up after pets, make sure litter boxes or potty areas are tidy, and double-check that they’ve “taken care of business” before I leave 😉. About: I absolutely love animals and have been around them my whole life. I’ve taken care of my own dogs growing up. Neighbors and friends have also had me take care of their cats and dogs while on vacation many years in a row. I am a college student and I have a part time job here in the neighborhood. My classes are currently online giving me much flexibility throughout my day. I am very loving towards all animals and will be available for him/her for what they may need. About: I grew up with all types of pets, and pet sat for friends and family throughout undergrad. I've cared predominantly for dogs, ranging from a young miniture dachshund to an elderly lab mix. I am more than happy to take on new experiences and can swiftly adapt to meet your pets needs. In addition to caring for pets, I have an ever growing (and thriving) plant collection in my own home and have frequently taken on plant sitting as well. I am a full-time law student and work part-time on the weekends. During the week, my schedule is flexible, providing me time before, after, or even between classes to check in on your pets. On the weekends, I typically work in the evening but remain free all morning. I also love to get outside and go for walks as much as I can and would love to have a furry friend come along! I believe caring for a pet in their own home is the better option. I think pets tend to feel more safe and secure in a familiar environment, which can help counter having an unfamiliar person around at the start. Additionally, in their own home, pets have access to all the food, toys, and other comforts they are used to. My first priority is to make sure your pet is safe and happy. About: I had a dog aggressive dog for six years and it was always hard to find a sitter. We want to make sure other people can find a place for their dog where they will be comfortable and the owners can enjoy their time away without worry. We are home starting Thursday evening and would be available to take care of your doggie so it will feel comfortable. We can take your dog on walks and because we have the weekend off we can spend as much time as needed to make your pet feel loved. Together we have experience walking a dog reactive dog in the UP and Detroit where anything could happen at a moments notice. We understand how important it is to avoid triggers, and what to do to help you dog when it's unavoidable. We also have experience with old dogs who need medicine and low impact play time as well as anxious dogs who aren't sure what's going on.
