About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. For the past 5 years I took care of my senior dog until he passed at 17. I have experience with senior and sick pets. Provide medication and a lots of attention. Very patient and loving. I work remotely. I can stay with your pet all day and provide plenty of attention and potty breaks. I can take breaks during the day for walks, and they can sleep in my bed at night. I have a large fenced back yard. No children or other pets in my house. I live alone and work from home. I will provide plwnty of attention and play time.

About: I’ve had dogs throughout my life. Small, medium, and large sized dogs, young and elderly dogs, dogs with low energy levels and dogs with high energy levels. I used to pet sit for my neighbors as well, including one neighbor who had two mastiffs and a dalmatian, and another neighbor with a chronically ill dog prone to accidents. I loved them all! I work full time, but I primarily work nights, so I’m available while most people are at work. I also love to go on walks during my free time, so I’d love to walk to visit your pet, or take them along with me. We have a specific room with toys, a bed, and plenty of attention from me that’s designed for your pet to have a great stay. We have a water fountain for cats, and a large water dish for dogs, and plenty of treats and love to provide.

About: Hi! My name is Katie and I love to pet sit for anyone looking for help over the weekend. I have had 4 dogs throughout my life, all toy breeds. I have had my Staffordshire bull terrier Roxy for 5 years and she loves other dogs - although she is very high energy so that must be suitable for your dog. I have met the nicest people and dogs through Rover and feel lucky to be a part of this community. I live in a 2 bedroom, upper flat floor apartment, with a Roxy and her cat sister Raisin. I have an unfenced backyard and am 1 block from a gated dog park. I have extensive practice in administering oral and injectable medications for animals. My work schedule varies as I work in the medical field, but I generally work for 8 hours during the day. I am home on weekends and tend to spend most of my day with my pets, and yours too! I provide regular potty breaks and walks. I will oversee all meals. I keep the environment free of anything harmful to pets like toxic plants or foods. I am happy to incorporate whatever rules you wish.

About: I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years, ranging from the typical fish, cat, and beloved Murphy, to include even a pet iguana (or two). 🥰 I have a fenced yard where both Murphy and your furry loved one can play and hang out. For overnight stays I have a large adult dog kennel that can accommodate a Mastiff just as comfortably as it can my Min Pin (who believes he’s the size of a Mastiff). 😄 I have an older dog with lots of energy and plays well with other dogs. I am an active person, so neighborhood walking is available for dogs with proper training. I can also provide some minor training reinforcement for puppies or young dogs learning new skills and/or tricks. 🐾 Tips are APPRECIATED!!! 🐾 I work from home! 🙌🏾 So my schedule is flexible and allows me to be able to work with and respond to clients in a timely manner. My home is fenced. All pets remain on the property unless they are taken for walks. I also will let clients know about overlaps in booking wih animals.

About: I’ve lived in Atlanta for about 20 years and one of my favorite things about this city is the animal life; both wild and domesticated. I have recently relocates to Detroit! My friend call me “The Dog Whisperer” because everywhere I go puppers can’t get enough of me! My summertime availability is 100% flexible. I leave for work in between 2-4 and return between 8-10. If I am returning at 10 I will feed the dogs before I leave and give them a little treat/snack when I return. I care for the pets based upon your personal standards and their routine. I currently do not offer boarding because of my own skittish pet.
