I was extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing Rover, as I usually book with PetSmart but I wanted to make sure my senior dog was well taken care of as boarding can be stressful for older dogs. Once we had the meet and greet, my dogs immediately loved Jess. She made sure that their routine stayed as close to the same as at home to ensure their comfort, and sent pictures and updates daily (which I loved). “Five stars are not enough to praise Jeannette. I had to go into emergency surgery after I went to the emergency room. It was 4th of July weekend and I didn’t have anyone to watch my dog, Ellie. I contacted Jeannette who immediately offered to come to the hospital and get the keys to my home. Once she arrived she reassured me that Ellie would be okay. I was free to focus on the surgery and not on the wellbeing of my friend. I absolutely recommend Jeannette’s pet services. She is an absolute rock star!”
