Dogs love me! The feeling is mutual
I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's.

Jess was great! Juni came back very happy and I had no worries when she was with her. I got pictures of Juni throughout the week and Jess was very accommodating of our travel plans - both of which were VERY appreciated! Would highly recommend :)
Jess was absolutely outstanding! From the meet and greet, to pick up, she was kind, caring, warm, and loving. She sent pics while I was away and gave great updates! I am pretty sure my pup misses her lol he will be back to visit! ❤️

Schedule
I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet.

I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.
A typical day
No day is the same, so I'm able to cater to your dog's needs. There are plenty of places for us to walk, the backyard to play in, and I have plenty of toys and puzzles to entertain.

- Please let me know of any special needs your dog might have, or behavior I should watch out for. In particular, let me know if they are a chewer of furniture or plants so I can rearrange things for them. Please let me know how they do with strangers and other dogs so I can choose the best walking routes.
