Im only a five-minute walk from a local dog park where dogs can enjoy additional activity and socialization, with owner permission. About: I grew up taking every opportunity I could to care for and spend time with my neighbors' dogs and had a family dog for 6 years. I have experience with administering oral and topical medications, as well as with treating minor wounds and infections. I also volunteer regularly at the Humane Society which has given me extra experience with dogs with trauma or disabilities, and senior or unsocialized dogs. I'm currently only working in-person during the evenings Monday-Thursday. Other than that I'm mostly working from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I unfortunately don't have a yard or lots of room in my apartment but I live only a short walk from a dog park, which I'd be able to visit regularly. I mostly work from home so I'm able to give frequent walks and snuggles!

About: I am a medical student who loves to play and care for animals. I have been caring for all types of animals for the past 10 years, including but not limited to dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, hedgehogs, etc. I have personal experience caring and training my dog who was diagnosed with glaucoma which caused her to become blind in one eye. This means that I have to administer eye drops into her eye every night. I have trained her to go to her bed and sit patiently to allow me to input her eye drops peacefully in an exchange for a treat. In high school I also helped train puppies to become guide dogs for the blind. I am able to care for wild and rambunctious dogs to relaxed and care-free dogs. With these special skills and personal experiences, I will be able to ensure that your dog is cared for as if they are my own. I understand that dogs are a huge part of your family and will do my best to make sure they are treated with love. As a full time student, I have flexibility in my schedule to fit in pet care into my weekly routine. I like to implement breaks into my study schedule and what good way to rest than playing/caring for animals! While I am unable to board / care for animals in my own home, I will be able to go to the pets home and care for them there. I can do house visits to feed or care for them in the home or take them out for walks around your neighborhood.

About: I’ve had dogs throughout my life. Small, medium, and large sized dogs, young and elderly dogs, dogs with low energy levels and dogs with high energy levels. I used to pet sit for my neighbors as well, including one neighbor who had two mastiffs and a dalmatian, and another neighbor with a chronically ill dog prone to accidents. I loved them all! I love to go on walks during my free time, so I’d love to walk to visit your pet, or take them along with me. I work part time on a flexible schedule and can easily fit most visit schedules into my day. I take the time to earn an animal’s trust, and go at a speed they’re comfortable with. If your animal wants me to pet and lay with them and brush them and play with them or anything else, I’m there! If your pet is more lowkey or independent, I check in on them and make sure they have everything they need. I look to care for your specific pet, not just check in and call it a day.
