Randi has been nothing but stellar with our German Shepherd, Rune. They have been prompt about visit times and he seems happy and at ease when we return. Randi has also gone out of their way to make sure they get all the pertinent details for care and has been available on very short notice. Would recommend to anyone needing a trusted person for their dog care.

Communicative and kind!

This was my first time ever using something like this and Randi had made it such a positive experience!! Randi is so sweet and amazing! She’s fast with communication and super good with instructions and from our first meeting I could tell she was going to be perfect! I had her watch my two cats for 4 Days and they were very happy to see her and enjoyed hanging out with her! I will be 100% using her again and I definitely recommend her!

I would not book this sitter again, especially for anyone with special-needs pets. My two cats are both blind and rely on a consistent routine. Unfortunately, several of my written care instructions were not followed. * I instructed that used litter be disposed of in the Litter Genie, but it was placed in my kitchen trash instead. * My cats are free-fed dry food, and when I returned both dry food bowls were empty. * Their water is normally provided through a filtered system, but I found an open bowl of tap water instead. * The litter box appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly for several days. * The air conditioning had been turned off without my knowledge during one of the hottest stretches of the summer. * Visit times were inconsistent. One visit occurred around 6:00 a.m. the day before my scheduled return, resulting in a long period before anyone checked on them again. Communication was also inconsistent. On the first visit, the sitter became lost after arriving late in the evening and called me while I was out of town, despite us having already discussed the timing and apartment location. Throughout the trip, communication was minimal, which made it difficult to know how my cats were doing. Thankfully, my cats were okay when I returned. However, because they are blind and have special needs, following their care instructions consistently is extremely important. Based on my experience, I would not book this sitter again, and I have requested a refund.

Randi is fantastic with our dog and loves walks with Randi. Randi is knowledgeable, professional and ensures that the safety and well being of our dog is a priority. I also appreciated Randi’s consistent communication. Highly recommend!!

Randi always does a great job caring for our three cats when we go out of town. They are always happy and well-taken care of when we get back. Highly recommend Randi for petsitting!
