I am also very active and am used to walking my 50lb pitbull who knows how to pull😂 I am currently a full-time student who works a part-time job! Sydney did a great job watching my senior cat Jack. He mainly needs attention, and she spent the full 30-minute session after basic needs were taken care of giving him cuddles and spending time with him. I came back to find everything in order and a happy cat. I would absolutely book her again and recommend her!
Really on top of everything, making sure she knows where everything is and the cats’ general routine before arriving, even made sure to double check with me when they got overexcited for their food. My usually shy cats warmed up to her quickly, and judging by the pictures had a great time, I’ll definitely be hiring Eleanor again when I go away.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
