Heather was so great with my boys. One of my boys is very slow and takes his time with all of the smells. He’s older and has leg braces so going at his pace is very important. My other boy is so anxious and scared of everything, especially strangers. She took her time with both of them and didn’t rush or push them. It’s so important with my two rescues that they are treated kindly, exactly the way she treated them.
Jessica came right away when I realized I had a very busy day of work. She took my boys out for an hour, which takes a lot of patience. One is always a nervous wreck and pulls on the leash/ is reactive, while the other is a slow walker and smeller with leg braces- a mix that is usually enough to drive anyone crazy. She did amazing tiring them out for me and I’d hire her again! They just got back, and they are both already asleep!
While our time working with Christian was shorter than expected - the times he was able to assist my Belle were wonderful. He’s communicative and thorough - but it was his genuine care for my senior dog that really stood out to me. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
