About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and lizards for over ten years; I’ve trained my own puppies as well as those close to me. They naturally respond well to me. I do not shy away from large dogs. My schedule is incredibly flexible as I am a masters student in philosophy and most of my work is done at home. Because I am only on campus for three days a week my schedule is incredibly open. I can drive anywhere in the Windsor-tecumseh-lasalle area (farther if needed). I am only required to be on campus three hours on the days I do need to be there. I would never need to leave them alone for more than 5 hours and most days I wouldn’t even need to be gone that long. I am very attentive, affectionate, and spoiling of my own pets and can provide an extra level of love for your furbabies. Aside from typical pet care I can offer a stable environment and mood for your pets.

Rosa P.
“There is no doubt that Rosa would be an amazing dog walker and/or person to do drop-in visits. I have known Rosa for three years and she is an amazing individual overall and especially with dogs! The love Rosa has for her own dog is so immense and she truly treats him the best I have ever seen anyone treat their dog/pet, and this love translates over to any dog she interacts with. To say she loves dogs is probably an understatement, but I can’t think of any other way to put it – you’d have to know her in her element around these sweet four-legged friends. The overall happiness, health, and safety of a dog (whether her own or someone else’s) is always Rosa’s first priority, followed up by a commitment to and passion for training. With the breeds that Rosa has grown up with and/or owned, ongoing training is a crucial part of a dog’s happiness and social and behavioural success, so she continues to dedicate time to ensuring dogs’ mental and physical needs are met both through fun/play and through training activities. All dogs that meet Rosa seem to immediately love her which is such a beautiful thing to watch. When it comes to caring for other people’s dogs, Rosa always respects the boundaries and/or wants that the pet parents have set in place. She understands that consistency is extremely important for many (if not all) dogs, so the rules and boundaries that you have in place with/for your dog will always be adhered to while she is caring for your dog. Overall, Rosa is a very compassionate, understanding, and social individual who would make the best walker and/or service provider for your dog!”

Julia Y.

“Julia took excellent care of my pup! He is usually very excitable on walks and Julia made sure to take a less busy route to minimize distractions. She recorded what happened on the walk, and is clearly very thoughtful in her care. I will absolutely be booking her again for future walks!”

About: I live in downtown Detroit and work from 9-5pm in my apartment and have the flexibility to work with you on hours for dog-walking, drop-in visits, etc. I have had dogs my whole life and love them all! Living downtown gives me the flexibility to stop in and let your pets out throughout the day. During this time of working from home, I do have meetings throughout the day but have free time that I can go on 30-minute walks throughout the work hours and work week. I love all animals and especially love caring for dogs. Please let me know if you have any questions about me to ensure that I'll take great care of your animals and treat them with all the love and attention they deserve.

About: My commitment to the well-being and happiness of your beloved pets is my main priority. My genuine love for animals drives me to go above and beyond, ensuring not only their physical needs but also their emotional comfort. I have experience in personalized pet care and creating a nurturing and familiar environment so your pet feels safe and comfy even when you can’t be there! Making their time away from you a truly enjoyable experience:) I am a college student athlete so I do have class as well and practice during the week but with that said I only have class a couple days a week and am free before and after practice, weekends I’m usually able to be free at any time :) There is a dog park just a 1 minute walk away, my apartment is pretty big so lots of room to lounge and play, there is also areas more private that just consist of grass and more of an open environment

Lindsay L.
“Lindsay is a wonderful, responsible young lady. She has a passion for animals as she loves getting to know new dogs. She is organized, loving and caring. She will be the first person to watch my dog!”

Connar M.
About: I am currently a Hospitality Business student at Michigan State with a true love for four-legged furry friends. As someone who was raised in a household of dogs, I have learned the importance of obedience, love, and fetch. I have attended police academy level training with my parents dogs and know the importance of holding down house rules. As someone who was raised with terriers and doodles, I know how much energy dogs have and how important it is for them to go out and have fun. I am available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for all your dog sitting needs. I would love the chance to take care of your pup and would be happy to put a little extra wag in your dog's tail!

Colin P.
“Colin P. is an excellent animal caregiver! He has watched my dog several times, and my dog absolutely loves him (possibly more than me). I always trust that my dog is in good hands when he is with Colin. He is a very caring and thoughtful person, and every dog I’ve seen him around can sense that about him. I call him the dog whisperer.”
