Detailed and compassionate pet care
It started with a cat and two fish as family pets when I was little, and my love of all creatures has expanded to include even rodents and reptiles. I have fostered many dogs, raised and trained puppies & kittens from 5 weeks old, worked patiently with fearful/anxious dogs to gain their trust, nursed dogs and cats through health crises and the struggles of old age and failing health. I am certified in cat & dog first aid by the Humane Society of America.

When I say Heather is phenomenal— I mean it. I can go anywhere in the world knowing my boy is cared for and that he gets to do all the things he loves. If you’re looking for someone to love your kiddo like he’s their own, Heather’s got you. Every time she’s watched my baby she has not missed a single beet. I also get the cutest photos ever from her 🫶 and she leaves my house better than she found it every single time. Beyond grateful for you, Heather!!

Heather is an angel in every sense of the word. She is the type of person that restores confidence that there is still kindness and good nature in our world. I received some of the cutest photos of my 11 year old pit bull in complete peace while she was caring for him in our home. She went well above and beyond to care for him, getting extra treats from the store when we ran out and just really being there with him the way I would have if I had been home. I had the most stress free time away with my family because I knew Floyd was in good hands from the moment we did the meet and greet. The house was sincerely spotless when I came home too. I cannot cannot recommend Heather enough!!

Heather was so great with my boys. One of my boys is very slow and takes his time with all of the smells. He’s older and has leg braces so going at his pace is very important. My other boy is so anxious and scared of everything, especially strangers. She took her time with both of them and didn’t rush or push them. It’s so important with my two rescues that they are treated kindly, exactly the way she treated them.
