Loving, custom care for your BFF
I believe dogs are family. They’re only here for a short part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole world. That’s why I treat every dog in my care as if they’re part of my own family — included, loved, and deeply respected. Growing up in a family that rescued animals of all kinds gave me hands-on experience caring for pets with different temperaments and needs from an early age. I adopted my previous English Bulldog when she was almost three and cared for her through every stage of her life. When her body began to fail her and she became paralyzed and incontinent, I provided patient, 24/7 care to keep her comfortable and safe. Showing her love, comfort and dignity until her last breath. That experience taught me attentiveness, gentleness, and how to manage detailed care routines with compassion. I now share my life with my best friend, a one-year-old 100% deaf English Bulldog, which has given me even more experience working with special-needs dogs who rely on consistency, structure, and clear communication. My dogs have taught me patience and given me comfort, emotional support, and unconditional love that I give back to animals in return. Because I’ve cared for dogs who depend on precise routines, I understand how important it is to follow an owner’s instructions exactly as given. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being will always be my top priority.

In a client‘s home, I care for their animals as if they are my own, following owner’s requests. I currently live in an apartment and do not have a fenced in yard but I do have space to go on long walks or just snuggle on the couch based on your pet’s needs.

Roberta was great to work with, and she is 100% a dog lover! My dog instantly felt comfortable with Roberta the moment she walked in the door, there was no hesitation that the two would be a good fit for dog walks. Roberta is kind, caring, and provided a great service to me while I was unable to walk my dog on my own. Roberta was open in communication, notified me of when she was arriving at my home and used the Rover app that shows where she walked and for how long. Definitely recommend Roberta!
I recommend Roberta, 1000%. She has cared for my two stinker kitties and my two large senior dogs many times over the years, usually for midday potty breaks, bonus visits on longer workdays, as well as occasional weekend support or when I have needed an extra hand with them due to my own health issues. She is very personable and all of my animals have always warmed up to her very quickly. She was incredibly patient and attentive to each of their unique personalities and needs, and very attentive and reliable with instructions, with frequent changes/updates depending on health issues. She routinely shared photos with helpful updates, and brought occasional treat or toy surprises (that always met their health and dietary restrictions, as all of mine have had individual limitations). I moved an hour away, so I’m no longer in her service area - Any pet parent would be lucky to have Roberta looking after your their furkids, so hopefully my loss is your gain.
Roberta came highly recommended by a friend. She welcomed my two dogs into her home while I was away for an extended period. For 3 months, she cared for them as if they were her own. One was young and the other was still a puppy. When they returned to me, they were happy, healthy, and well-adjusted, and the puppy had been successfully potty trained and placed on a consistent schedule. She also provided regular updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind during my time away.

Programma
I am currently working from home so I can spend plenty of time with my four legged best friend. I have availability on most days!
