About: I grew up with large breeds and have had dogs my entire life. I lived with all different kinds of foster dogs and now have one 5 year old dog at home. My husband and I are teachers who are home full time in the summer, so we can provide a lot of attention and love to any dog that comes to stay with us! I am a teacher who is home for the summer. I get up early to take a morning walk and avoid the summer heat and take another evening walk. I love taking my dog to the beach to swim throughout the week, as well. I live in a home with a yard (unfenced) and a 5 year old poodle mix to keep your pup company. Lots of walks and time spent snuggling will help keep your dog happy when they stay with me.

“Mary is great with my pitty!! She always did what I needed done and found the time to squeeze him in even in busy days! She does have a bad ankle so due to that we had to switch over so if u have a bigger stronger dog who pulls or is reactive, may be best to find someone else. But otherwise she did the job and walked him even with that ankle :)! She helped us find other options as well and always had tips to help when issues were brought up. She seems to really care about the animals and what they need.”

About: I’ve had multiple years of experience with senior dogs, pets needing help with medication, or energetic pets requiring lots of play. I have two cats myself. I’m a musician with a flexible schedule so I can make time whenever they need me. Happy to do over nights or pop in visits. Ive found it best to try to keep animals routines and schedules as regular as possible from what they’re used to to minimize their stress.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I would walk my dogs daily, to explore and go to the bathroom. I would also groom them myself. I am also familiar with cats too. I currently work part-time flexible shift during the week. I am available for boarding after 9 a.m. and on the weekends. I also specialize with deaf dogs. I also have experience working with aggressive and territorial animals, I maintain a gentle and patient energy and work hard to create a secure relationship with each pet. I don't mind cleaning, I love super active animals, and I'm confident and reliable in caretaking. I work independently as an artist and curator, so I make my own schedule, so I always have plenty of time for your fur baby. I am unable to watch pets at my own place, as I am constantly fostering and have my own cats. I've been a trusted house/pet/baby sitter for 10 years, and will take great care of your space.

About: Since I was in my teens I have lived a life with pets - both dogs and cats, and it has been such a rewarding journey so far! I have had two rescue dogs, a collie mix and a beagle, and they had my whole heart. I currently have a multi-cat household, and do TNR in my neighborhood where I can to help the outdoor stray cats. I have also rehomed multiple cats with the help of local rescue groups to ensure a long happy kitty life. Currently, I spend a great deal of time with my best buddy Rocco, an 8 year old black lab. I have experience with small dogs, medium sized dogs and large dogs and honestly enjoy them all the same! I also have experience with cats of all ages, from bottle feeding kittens to 18 year old seniors, and am comfortable giving any medications to dogs or cats as well. I know my way around all kinds of personalities and ages, whether it be those that want to play or those that need a slow, gentle walk and some extra attention. I have also been working with the same vet for 20+ years that can attest to my care and love for animals. I will treat every pet like my own - patient, attentive, and genuinely happy to spend time with them. Being around animals - that's my happy place. My hours at work have changed which allows me to be available Monday-Thursday 11am-3pm. I'm available for walks, drops ins for potty breaks while you're at work, or to check on your kitties if you'll be gone longer than you'd like to be. Lots of time for playing with your furry family members! I would be happy to come to your home and treat it and your pets with respect and care. My personal cats are all fixed and up to date on shots, however I took in a stray girl last winter who is very scared of everything. I think it's best to let her rule the house and come to visit yours at your homes where they are most comfortable.

About: I grew up with three cats and help train dogs through the Leadershape! Now I typically share my dog sitting assistance with my friends (for free even!) although I don’t have pets in my own all animals will find a warm welcoming home here I’m currently working full-time, but I work in the evenings and come home on my breaks so plenty of time to check in on our furry friend during the work week I live in an apartment that has a fenced in yard for dogs and a neighborhood park nearby. I’ve sat for large dogs while living here and their needs have been accommodated!

I like to have a clear understanding of an animal’s routine. Sticking to predictable routines are good for their nervous systems. For walking services, I like to go on calm, enriching walks. I’m down for detours and all the sniffing and sometimes I like to finish a walk with a short race back to the house. I ensure that they are hydrating and have everything they need before leaving and locking up. For house stays, I like to spend as much time with animals as they like. Most of my experience is with overnight stays. I am very clean and organized and make sure to do a nice reset for your return home.
